As part of #FishHeroes, we were excited to be selected by Alaska Seafood UK to receive canned pink salmon. We created new dishes, learned about fish’s health benefits, and made Buddy’s fishcakes — a big success! Thanks to all involved. @FishmongersCo @FoodTCentre
