Gail Simone (the comics writer between TR2013 & Rise) confirmed (or revealed, for some) that she pitched a Tomb Raider x Wonder Woman crossover to DC a few years ago, with Stjepan Šejić, the artist behind those Lara Croft & Diana Prince drawings!
CD was on board but DC wasn’t.

People hide behind the following words:
"Generic"
"No Soul or Soulless"
"Slop"
Instead of saying "NOT FOR ME"
I sincerely do not know why
People force something that is not for them to be for them and yeah this is a hot take
Got a lot of pushback saying it
