Haters can hate, but I’m with Batman for stopping that procedure. And I know this take will be controversial. 👀
On one hand, Hagen deserved a chance to regain his life and use his new powers to live normally. But on the other hand, THE FORMULA WAS UNTESTED. Nobody knew the side effects or what it could do to his mind.
Imagine making someone who’s already unstable even more insane while giving him the power to reshape his entire body. And what if he decided to infect all of Gotham and turn its citizens into Clayfaces?
Batman wasn’t necessarily denying Hagen a second chance. He was preventing a potentially uncontrollable disaster.
Would you still blame Batman if that procedure turned all of Gotham into Clayfaces?#Clayface
