One that got away… here’s a little project we almost landed. I love the clad version of our Sky-Houses showing how we can adapt each site to suit its location. We will never just knock out some noddy boxes!!
Good news for housing in the Budget with Your First Home, detail pending. Low-key is fine: stability matters. Devolution is welcome too. But good growth needs viable development. Helping buyers only works if we can afford to build the homes.
A fantastic night with the @SkyHouseCo team at the @SheffMuseums fundraising dinner on Thursday. A little panel spot for me to discuss with Sheffield is in our DNA!
A new Help2Buy scheme could make a real difference. Higher MTG rates and build costs have pushed new homes out of reach for many FTBs. The last equity loan helped buyers bridge the gap, supported new homes and gave the Treasury a repayable stake. The detail will matter!
One of the living area in our 2B duplexes, coming soon to DQ. These are very special new homes in the heart of the city!
‘It’s not a job when you love what you do..’ my old man used to say that, and I must confess it’s true. The very, very lovely Waverley Central.

Three completions yesterday at Waverley Central. Congratulations to Jade and Shane! #welcomehome
Delighted to have finally completed the sale of Unit G at Olive Lane.
Our largest commercial unit to date also marks the biggest commercial transaction in Sky-House Co’s history, making it a significant milestone for the business.
Here is the wife making payments in the cinema!
Exploring a new direction for one of our Sheffield schemes.
Restrained. Robust. Quietly confident.
Architecture that should look as good in 50 years as it does on day one.
