✨🍂 It's officially time for some autumnal vibes... Curl up after a crisp leafy walk, hot chocolate in hand, and get stuck into the #Roman relics, ancient myths, and touch of mystery that come with @CrumpsBarn's 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸. It features one of our all time favourite finds – 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹 – and a story from our very own Jon Hart (yes, we are spoiling you...) 📚☕ Explore these reimagined tales of historical treasures, all inspired by museum finds, then head out to @CoriniumMuseum to see the Corinium cockerel in the real and on display! 🐓 #Archaeology #ArchaeologyReads #AutumnReads #GetCosy #WeekendPlans 🍁

10 things we hate as a publisher: 1. Book benders. You know the sort - they come into a bookshop pick up a book, randomly flick through like it's a flip book - while looking at something else - and then put it down again leaving the cover curling. Hateful! 🧵#booktwitter

9. The first delivery of a new title - we know the books is beautiful, we know it's going to be stunning, but we STILL have that moment of terror when the tape is cut on the carton. What do we imagine will be inside? A box of frogs?

10. Nothing about books. We hate nothing at all. We love them. They're beautiful and perfect and we love that feeling of opening a much loved read for the umpteenth time, or setting a new treasure on the shelf for the first time
