$IXS @IxsFinance has migrated to @RobinhoodCrypto To many on the outside it might raise the question of "why", especially when you see that the supply has changed, and wondering why much of the community is happy about this (Even despite the price drop which was inevitable on a migration). The reason becomes clear once you understand the IXS backstory, what it's building, that its now 5 years old, and that this is the foundational move that unlocks everything the community has been waiting for. Many of you have ideas of crypto and how it works based on projects you know: An anon degen forking something and launching it, or an AI token, a DEX, a launchpad, who might rug at any moment. Or, some shifty anon team you remember from earlier seasons who launches something and then rugs. IXS isn't like those. IXS is a legit RWA business, with a team of global finance professionals who have spent nearly the last decade working on RWA, and they stick around. They launched IXS in late 2021, back then known as IXSwap, an RWA AMM and launchpad concept to validate their tech in the pre-Trump anti-crypto anti-RWA bleak era. In those early years, RWA was pretty dead due to a hostile SEC and an anti-crypto US system and every RWA team had little to nothing going on, just plans. With the arrival of Trump in 2025 and a pro crypto White House and SEC, all of that changed in months. With that IXS pivoted into a larger institutional orientated vision now that the door was open and the RWA era had began. But unlike your average larp crypto project, doing this takes time. Through 2025 and 2026 they systematically developed their platform into a licensed layer 0 API for RWA in a multi-pronged effort: - 1. Attaching the platform to institutional grade custody infrastructure like @BitGo - One of the largest institutional holders of BTC - 2. Getting RWA products from major institutions (Bonds, treasuries, private credit) onto the platform who will trust that infrastructure - 3. Getting crypto exchanges, apps, sites to integrate with it and offering those products to their users, and open it up to AI agents and preparing to launch vaults across all chains. and it's all been coming together through this year, with the launch of the vaults starting to begin... But there was an issue. After 5 years the token was fragmented across Polygon, ETH and BASE with liquidity spread across them and the community waiting on a clear L2 strategy that had been promised since 2024. With the launch of Robinhood Chain the opportunity arrived. In 2026 Robinhood Chain has set the bar for how a chain should operate, how it treats builders, and is making their chain the home of RWA. It was here in extensive consultation with their partners that IXS determined this is the chain theyre going to base their infrastructure deployment around, and to also best align themselves with their upcoming partners (many of whom are also orientating themselves around Robinhood Chain). What this now unlocks is significant. It resolves the liquidity problems. It resolves the "When L2 pivot" holdup, the "when exchanges" issue, and lays down the foundation for the next stages. Along with the migration the supply has changed, its 28% larger on the other side, recapitalising aspects of the treasury for deeper liquidity, exchanges, and for certain areas of ecosystem growth and to attract TVL / investors. None of it is team tokens and only around 12% could ever reach the market, which unlocks over 5 years for negligible impact. Some people won't like that as its a dilution of their bag, however, if someone thinks beyond that, looks at the deeper liquidity it brings, the exchange listings it enables, and firepower it brings, it is far more likely to bring in new investors, TVL, gains, and make that 28% dilution easily worth it - and holders bags to have far more upside potential. Also - not only is it a good thing that this is now out of the way and done BEFORE the green market comes, but it has also been done promptly/quickly - as the problem with many migrations is that they happen in the middle of green markets, or, they drag on forever like a dark cloud. Some others don't like that this just happened, and view it like the breaking of a contract. My take is that it's better to be in a token that adapts with the conditions in order to achieve the best outcome, making good moves in the best interests of the token, rather than sticking blindly to a pathway because of something they said 5 years ago in a different world and era. What comes next is huge. I'll be covering more on the roadmap plans in a follow up post, but suffice to say there is nothing currently on RH chain that comes close to what IXS is in the process of deploying. As the market picks up in coming weeks, and you have larp anon RWA projects on RH pumping to MCs of $30m, $40m, $50m, and then people start to see there's one RWA project on there - $IXS - with a legit team, launching products together with $1T global institutions, launching vaults with Binance, having its Earn vaults integrated in MULTIPLE T1 exchanges.. at that point it isn't going to be a low cap MC token for long... Stay tuned...

SERV v3 is now live for the first builder cohort. Graph Sharding lets developers map AI workflows, inspect why decisions happen, and shape how each step runs: LLMs for open-ended tasks, deterministic code for bounded ones. SERV is building the command center for agent systems.

So Larry agrees that tokenization is the next evolution for markets. $IXS is the regulated connector between asset issuers like Blackrock and asset users like @binance and their KYc'd clients @IxsFinance is regulated and thus can actually do RWA -- not just LARP about it.
My idea about $IXS from early last year still remains true to me. @IxsFinance has a legit use case, in a space likely to get attention, with an FDV low enough to make huge life changing gains. $ONDO won't do +100x, but the opportunity in $IXS is there

And without any delay, $SERV is moving onto the next phase of the journey. So far, we've seen: - SERV payments go live, with builders able to buy API credits using $SERV at a discount - A new hackathon coming up, and - OpenServ pushing enterprise distribution through AWS Marketplace. And now we have Graph Sharding and SERV v3. The idea is to break AI workflows into script nodes for simple tasks, decision nodes for structured decisions, and agent nodes for actual reasoning. This means fewer unnecessary LLM calls, more predictable costs, and workflows that you can inspect and audit. Might not be a big deal for you, but it is for enterprises where an AI agent can't just make a decision and leave them guessing how it got there. The v3 beta opens to selected builders next week, with public launch targeted for November. Meanwhile, $SERV is selling for peanuts. I can't believe these prices.

Your AI agents may be expensive for the wrong reason. Most companies force one frontier model to handle every step, including decisions that don't need it. We added Jev nodes to SERV Reasoning for fast, structured judgments at a fraction of the cost. If you run agents at scale, you'll want to see this:

Very excited to introduce Graph Sharding, one of the biggest architectural advancements we've built into SERV Reasoning v3. The industry is only now moving from loops to graphs and at @openservai we've spent over two years engineering what comes next in the AI industry. Graph agents alone won’t make an agent production-ready. Enterprises need bounded execution, predictable costs, verification, and the ability to audit every decision. That's where existing agent architectures still fall short. With Graph Sharding, we're taking this further by separating execution into deterministic Script nodes, Jev-powered Decision nodes, and Agent nodes where LLM judgment is actually required. The difficult part is knowing where those boundaries belong. We've learned that through thousands of real requests and production deployments. This isn't something you can replicate by adding a graph or retry loop to an existing framework. We're building something I haven't seen elsewhere: a reasoning engine that can structure, execute, verify, and audit complex agent workflows while optimizing how computation happens at every step. This is the foundation for SERV Reasoning v3's evolution into a complete suite for building and managing enterprise agent systems. I believe this puts SERV in a category of its own, and positions us to lead the next generation of autonomous work. Graph Sharding beta is coming soon.

SERV v3 has leap-frogged the entire AI agent space. With v3, we're taking SERV Reasoning far beyond an API, toward a full suite for building, managing, improving and auditing enterprise agent systems. Graph Sharding (aka v3) is the next step toward solving the problems that have been holding enterprises back from deploying agents at scale: unpredictable costs, reliability, compliance requirements, and lack of control. And critically, pushing towards the elusive 99.9% agent reliability that everyone is chasing... Well now it's here. On top of the release, we're expanding distribution through enterprise channels like AWS Marketplace, pushing toward new partnerships, and continuing to build out $SERV utility as the agentic economy takes shape. Proud of the team and the trajectory we're pushing on. Onwards.

The forms don't disappear, they move upstream. Someone still verified the holder at onboarding, and that one time check is what lets the instant part work cleanly later on.

99% agent reliability at scale is what we’re pushing toward with SERV v3. We’re turning SERV into a full operating system for agents, where builders can inspect, configure, and trust their agents’ reasoning structures. The beta is coming soon for a select group of early testers - getting closer each day!
SERV Reasoning delivers frontier-level performance with smaller models, at a fraction of the cost. v3 takes SERV further with agent graphs, inspectable reasoning, and near-zero-cost decisions. @open_founder presenting SERV at gm AI v2 in Singapore ↓

The part of @jerallaire’s conversation on the @a16zcrypto show I’d push furthest is credit. Markets that look more like AdWords than loans bundled into a bond, with people and machines supplying and demanding the money. Follow that dollar though. An agent finishes a job, gets paid in USDC, and under GENIUS the issuer can’t pay it anything for holding the balance. So every agent treasury starts at zero. For a machine to actually supply money into those credit markets it has to hold the credit. That’s a security, right? Licensed issuer, real custodian, someone who knows whose wallet it is. It’s what we’ve been building for. USDC in, x402 and MCP on the front, DARE Act licensing underneath. Jeremy’s case for known, accountable validators on Arc is the right one. Same logic, one floor up, at the asset the agent actually holds.

BlackRock says tokenized funds already work as collateral in crypto markets. the next hurdle is bank and settlement plumbing. NEXT: who’s allowed to hold the collateral. 24/7 collateral needs a 24/7 holder. the holder that never logs off is software, and most tokenized funds were built for whitelisted institutions, not agents. IXS wraps tokenized MMF and bond exposure into ERC-4626/7540 vaults agent wallets can hold.
NEW: BlackRock sees tokenized funds expanding into traditional financial markets as collateral, Bloomberg reported. Executives said the next challenge is integrating tokenized assets into existing banking and settlement systems.
