Just go for a walk and have a good look around, literally everything you basically see and use, from food to tech to basic things to housing, heating, transport, literally anything has at one point been invented by someone in the past
You are sitting behind your computer, probably comfy and with a belly well fed trading some coins connected through the internet while not even having to break a sweat or do any physical labor
Opportunities are more plentiful than ever in history, possibilities as well, ways to learn and grow as well, information available everywhere
And you are complaining?
Maybe show some gratitude, have a look around, you have the gift of consciousness and are using the tools & toys & hard work of countless generations, literally standing on the shoulders of countless inventors
