I'm seeing so much talk about Zcash-derivs from other Zcash influencers. Thor made a post about Zcat yesterday. So I'm allowed to make this post. The market yearns for Zcash-derivs, so I found a coin that has been pretty much forgotten about, is a real PoW chain, a few days younger then Zcash(still almost 10 years old), similar privacy features. The whole idea can be summarized as this, it's a copy of the ZCash source code, with the founders reward ripped out. Well it was a copy of the ZCash source, the codebases have since diverged It's not Zcash, but instead of buying shit like Zcat or redacted? Why not gamble via a real, Lindy, PoW coin? Why not place some fun money in $ZCL? Everyone wants a Zcash 2, and it's not happening but here's the closest thing. I whipped up this webpage. Zclthesis.com I would NEVER sell actual Zcash for this, and I'd literally only put money in that you are willing to lose. But don't get zclidelined, it's probably not as bad as being zidelined but it's still bad. Imagine getting zidelined & zclidelined Zigher first and foremost, but also zcligher. Let me repeat, this is NOT a Zcash replacement, but as far Zcash-derivs go, it ain't bad. I have sold ZERO Zcash to buy $ZCL, I will NEVER sell ZCash to buy $ZCL, but it it's a 10 year old PoW chain that hasn't died yet, GitHub seems somewhat active, and it's at 2 million MC? It's going to literal zero, or atleast Zcat parity. Risk/reward seems asymmetric.
