Today, I’m struggling to find a purpose. A reason to keep pushing. Why am I telling you this? because someone out there doesn’t realize they aren’t alone. Someone is struggling in silence and can’t see a way out of whatever situation they find themselves in. but let me tell you friends, you are NOT ALONE. There are so many people out there willing to lend an ear, and they could be a stranger… until they aren’t. Mental health is something that people don’t like to talk about, but it’s there.. creeping in the background of our lives like the ugly little gremlin it is… We might not end the stigma, but let’s talk about it. ❤️
