Dear @binance
How long will you suspend withdrawal on binance?
I have to withdraw my 0.07 USDT
Plz open withdrawal as soon as possible. 🙏😿

16/ THE BUYBACK-AND-BURN PROMISE
The team also describes a revenue-backed buyback-and-burn mechanism.
According to its whitepaper, advertising revenue is used to purchase CPEN and INK through PancakeSwap.
The tokens are then swept to the burn address.
The project says the mechanism has operated since early 2024 and became automated in July 2026.
This is an interesting model because it attempts to connect platform activity with token demand and supply reduction.
But there are two separate questions:
How much has actually been purchased?
And how much has actually been burned?
A published mechanism is not enough. The strongest proof is the transaction history.
These numbers deserve continuous on-chain monitoring.
17/ THE SECURITY AND TRANSPARENCY QUESTIONS
No serious investigation should ignore contract security.
CertiK lists an audit for CPEN and provides a security monitoring profile.
However, CoinGecko's GoPlus-derived warning also flags potentially significant contract-creator permissions, including the ability to make certain changes involving selling restrictions, fees, minting and token transfers.
These assessments should not be treated as interchangeable.
An audit does not eliminate every smart-contract or administrative risk.
And a third-party warning should not automatically be treated as proof of malicious activity.
The right question is simple:
What permissions exist today, who controls them and what safeguards protect holders?
That deserves a transparent, independently verifiable answer.
18/ SO, IS CPEN DEAD?
Not according to the evidence available.
The official application continues to have development plans.
INK distributions remain scheduled.
The team continues to describe buyback-and-burn activity.
The Human Attention Network is being developed.
But we should also be honest about what has not happened yet.
HATN does not currently exist as an on-chain token.
Its mining rewards are currently recorded as an in-app balance on cPen's servers.
There is no official HATN token migration, swap or claim.
The team plans a public testnet in 2027, but has not announced a mainnet launch date.
These are important distinctions.
19/ THE NEW BET: HUMAN ATTENTION NETWORK
The new direction is ambitious.
The team wants to build a network around human attention, with HATN as its planned native asset.
Its broader ecosystem plans include social features, games, digital products and other application-based experiences.
The idea is to move beyond the traditional mobile mining model and create a wider platform.
But ambition is not execution.
The real test will be whether the team can turn its plans into working products, deliver a functioning testnet, establish meaningful token utility and rebuild confidence among the people who supported cPen from the beginning.
20/ THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS MOST: TRUST
Let's be fair.
cPen achieved things many small crypto projects never manage.
It built a large mobile community.
It distributed CPEN on-chain.
It introduced another reward programme through INK.
It responded to a difficult BitMart situation with an assistance programme.
And it is still pursuing a new blockchain vision.
Those achievements deserve recognition.
But the other side of the story matters just as much.
The original roadmap evolved.
The original CPEN utility changed.
The token market has struggled.
Some community members have expressed dissatisfaction.
And the new HATN network remains a future plan rather than a live mainnet.
The biggest challenge now isn't attracting another wave of miners.
It's convincing the existing community that the next chapter will be different.
21/ MY FINAL TAKE
I don't think the story of cPen can honestly be reduced to a simple success or failure.
It is a story of a project that achieved substantial community growth, delivered some important milestones, encountered market and operational challenges, and then made a major strategic shift.
But the title of this investigation still stands:
The Rise and Fall of cPen Network.
Because the original vision and the current direction are not the same.
Whether Human Attention Network becomes a genuine comeback or another unfinished promise will depend on what the team delivers next.
Not the number of followers.
Not another mining campaign.
Not another announcement.
Actual products, transparent token economics, verifiable transactions and consistent delivery.
That's what will matter.
22/ NOW I WANT TO HEAR FROM THE COMMUNITY.
Were you part of the original CPEN mining programme?
Did you receive your CPEN distribution?
Did you participate in INK mining?
And most importantly…
Do you still believe in the team after the October 28 announcement?
Or did the change from CPEN's original network vision damage your confidence?
I want to hear both sides. No blind support, no unnecessary hate. Just real experiences.
If you were part of this journey, tell us what happened.

Remember @Coredao_Org?
The project that started attracting ordinary crypto users through its early mining and community campaigns, built a Bitcoin-aligned Layer 1 ecosystem, reached billions in TVL, and became one of the biggest names in the BTCfi narrative?
Core's journey is actually worth looking back at.
Because this wasn't just another token that pumped and disappeared.
There was a real idea behind it, a growing ecosystem, some impressive milestones, and eventually, a very painful decline.
Let's go back to the beginning. 🧵👇
9/ THE LATEST CHAPTER: A MAJOR TURNING POINT
And the story isn't over.
October 2026 brought some serious developments:
• Initial contributors stepped down from their roles, with independent validators taking over block production.
• @Coredao_Org faced scrutiny following a validator reward-related security incident in August.
• @BithumbOfficial announced that it would end $CORE trading support on November 30, 2026, after determining that the issues behind its trading-caution designation remained unresolved.
These are significant developments.
The validator transition could represent an important step towards decentralization, but the network still needs to demonstrate that it can maintain security, development and ecosystem growth through that transition.
Core now faces a very different challenge from the one it faced in 2024.
Back then, it was proving that its Bitcoin vision could attract an audience.
Today, it needs to prove that its ecosystem can remain relevant and sustainable.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I don't think Core's story should be reduced to a token chart.
Its early community, Satoshi Plus consensus, Bitcoin staking experiments and 2024 ecosystem growth were meaningful parts of its history.
At the same time, its current numbers show just how difficult it is to sustain a blockchain ecosystem after the initial excitement disappears.
Core's rise showed what a Bitcoin-aligned ecosystem could attempt to build.
Its decline shows how much more is required to make that growth last.
And perhaps that's the most important lesson from Core DAO.
A great idea can attract the market. But only sustainable usage, liquidity and real demand can keep an ecosystem alive.
$ION Blind believers are still alive. 🤭🤫
Even after everything, the blind community of #IceOpenNetwork is still supporting $ICE / $ION.
It's not support, it's blind support.
🚨 JUST IN: 🇺🇸 TRUMP SAYS HE IS LOOKING INTO THE $6.3 BILLION BINANCE HACK.
The massive security incident has put the crypto industry on alert.
Binance is investigating the reported breach, working with authorities and blockchain security firms to trace and freeze affected funds.
The exchange says it will cover customer losses, while investigators work to uncover who was behind the attack and how it happened.
The big question now: Will the stolen funds be recovered?
More updates to follow. 👀

🗾 WHAT EXACTLY IS @world_xyz?
Crypto has no shortage of projects making big promises. What interests me more is when a project builds something people can actually use.
That’s why I’m taking a closer look at World.
Not here to blindly shill it. Let’s understand what it does, how it works, and what’s worth watching.
1/ THE IDEA
@world_xyz is a prediction market where people can take positions on the outcome of real-world events.
Think crypto prices, sports, politics, financial decisions and other events that people are already discussing every day.
Instead of just making a prediction, you can trade a YES or NO position based on what you think will happen.
2/ HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each market has a specific outcome.
The price of a position reflects what traders are willing to pay for that outcome. If the prediction is correct, the position can pay out; if it’s wrong, you can lose your stake.
Of course, market prices, liquidity and fees matter. This isn’t risk-free money.
3/ WHY IT’S INTERESTING 👀
Prediction markets turn information and opinions into something people can trade.
A major announcement, a football match or a move in the crypto market can become more than just a trending topic.
The real question is whether a platform can offer enough liquidity, reliable outcomes and a smooth experience to keep people coming back.
4/ THE TECH STACK
World launched on @solana and integrated its prediction markets into @Phantom.
It also announced the use of @chainlink infrastructure for market data and resolution, while positions settle in CASH.
That combination is worth examining: blockchain settlement is one part of the picture, but the way markets are priced and outcomes are resolved matters just as much.
5/ THE BIGGER OPPORTUNITY
Prediction markets are competing for attention in a space where timing, trust and user experience can make all the difference.
World’s challenge isn’t simply to list more markets. It needs to build lasting liquidity, attract repeat users and make people confident in how each market works.
That’s where the real test begins.
6/ WHAT I’LL BE RESEARCHING NEXT
Over the coming days, I’ll dig into:
→ How World works under the hood
→ Its connection with Phantom
→ @chainlink's role in market resolution
→ Trading mechanics, liquidity and fees
→ Adoption, on-chain activity and competitors
→ Security, centralization risks and unanswered questions
No blind hype. No unsupported claims. Just research, data and honest observations.
This is Day 1 of my deep dive into @world_xyz. 🌎
What should I investigate first?
