Slopcore Update: what we’re building Creator Contests We’re building a platform for Slopcore creator contests. Creators submit their work, the community votes for the winner. With the trading fees now flowing into our community wallet, we can pay out real prizes to the winners. First fees already at work Today we used a small part of the fees to cover the costs two of our team creators have had so far for making Slopcore art. This is exactly what the fees are for: supporting the people who create. How the fees will be split going forward 40% Creators & Contests Prize pools for creators 30% Content, Tech & AI Credits Higher quality videos and visuals for Slopcore 15% Buybacks Regular buybacks, with the tokens going into the contest prize pool. That way our creators become holders too 5% Platform & Tech Hosting, domains and tools 10% Reserve A buffer for slower weeks Character Library We keep expanding our Slopcore character library and onboarding new creators into the movement. Big news for Slopcore: the trading fees are now coming home to the community. As of today, @usepaid has redirected the $SLOPCORE trading fees from @anabology to @slopcoresolana. This happened with Anabology’s own agreement. We want to say a sincere thank you to Anabology. Slopcore started with his vision, and his support in making this transition possible means a lot to all of us. A big thank you to the Paid team as well for their help and for making it happen. For many of you this was an open question for a long time, and we know it held some people back. With this step, it’s settled. What happens with the fees? All incoming fees go into a dedicated community wallet that we set up specifically for Slopcore. Better content. High-quality AI art and video takes real resources, and we want to raise the bar.
