Jose Alba stood trapped inside a two-foot space behind a grocery counter in Manhattan while an ex-con on parole grabbed him by the collar. Alba was sixty-one years old and worked late shifts at a corner bodega on Broadway to support his family. He had zero criminal record in his entire life. On the night of July 1, 2022, a customer's card was declined for a bag of chips. Seconds later, her thirty-five-year-old boyfriend, Austin Simon, stormed behind the private employee counter. Simon was on parole for assaulting a police officer and had eight prior arrests. He shoved the sixty-one-year-old clerk into a chair, towered over him in the dead-end aisle, and tried to drag him out. With no back door and nowhere to run, Alba reached for a store box cutter to save his own life. During the struggle, Simon's girlfriend pulled a knife from her own purse and stabbed Alba in the arm. Here is what Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg did next. Bragg's office did not charge the girlfriend who stabbed the clerk. Instead, prosecutors charged sixty-one-year-old Jose Alba with second-degree murder, asked for $500,000 bail, and locked him inside Rikers Island with an untreated stab wound. Hardworking Americans rallied across the country and forced the District Attorney to drop every charge eighteen days later, though Alba was forced to leave his job in fear for his life. A civilization begins to rot the moment its prosecutors protect violent predators and put handcuffs on working men who refuse to die quietly.

The man in blue offering his… assistance filling out the ballot is former Jubbaland Finance Minister Hussein Hirsi Ahmed. He was an MP in Somalia from 2021-2023 and runs multiple money transfer businesses in Lewiston. Coincidentally, he and all the other “translators” met with Democratic gubernatorial candidate Hannah Pingree just days before early voting started. This is a foreign op: Get Democrats elected to protect the pipeline that sends welfare dollars straight back to Somalia.

I don't think people realise how big a deal this is. If you have cancer, or somebody you know has cancer, there is a company in Hyderabad that wants to build a personalised cancer vaccine for you. Try approaching any big pharma company and asking for a personal vaccine. If they even reply to your email, this is the response you'll get: we don't do that here. PopVax, on the other hand, takes your tumour sequencing data (or a sequence you've designed), designs candidate neoantigen vaccine sequences with their AI pipeline, produces the mRNA, encapsulates it in their LNP formulation, fills vials, and runs QC, all in 8 to 10 weeks. They’re publicly committing to capacity for 100+ of these over the next 12 months and asking people to email them their cancer type/stage and sequencing details. What a time to be alive.
Launching RNAFoundry.com – we manufacture personalized cancer vaccines.

This is f*cking insane. SpaceXAI engineer: “SpaceXAI pays me $1.2M a year because i know how to build 150+ GrokBot teams that ship 1200+ updates a day while i sleep. I haven’t written code by hand in months. I set the rules, then check what the bots deliver.” In a 1-hour livestream, she starts with an empty GitHub and zero bots. 72 hours later, her team has built a company run by bots. Here’s the system: step 1 → give each bot one clear role and its own computer in the cloud. step 2 → teach it a task once. it saves the process as a reusable skill. step 3 → connect the bots in one group chat so they can hand work to each other. step 4 → set the rules, let the team run, then check what gets done. Even the 4 a.m. run happens with your laptop closed. GrokBot → skills → bot team → one group chat → a company that runs itself SpaceXAI calls it “a persona, not a task.” Anyone can open a new GrokBot chat. the real unlock is building a team that keeps working without you. This 1-hour tutorial is worth more than most $2,000 agentic engineering courses. Bookmark it and watch today Then read the article below ↓

🚨 THIS is what a real protest looks like. A huge crowd packs the square at night, waving Polish flags and singing the national anthem in UNISON. Nothing is burning. No storefronts are smashed. Nobody is looting a Target. Just a nation standing up for its country with its head held high. The American Left could never.

Wow… Tina Peters has exhausted every remedy Colorado would give her, and now she is taking her case to the United States Supreme Court. The Court of Appeals already threw out her nearly nine year sentence because the judge's comments could have violated her First Amendment rights, Polis commuted what was left, and yet seven convictions still sit on her record like none of that ever happened. Let me explain why that matters. Her attorney Peter Ticktin says federal law required her to preserve those election records, and he told KDVR "We have until December to file our briefs and we're working on them now." Meanwhile the head of the county clerks association says "She didn't need to do what she did." So the people who swore the records were safe want you to believe the conviction is clean, even after a court said the sentence was tainted by her speech. How is that even a thing? I have watched Colorado protect the machines and punish the woman who looked inside them for years… those convictions should be wiped off her record, and the people who built this case should have to answer for every day she lost. But God.
SHE’S TAKING IT TO THE SUPREME COURT | TINA PETERS WATCH THE FULL 100TH EPISODE: bit.ly/goingrogue_ep100 Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters reveals that she has exhausted her legal remedies in Colorado and plans to take her case to the United States Supreme Court. Speaking with Lara Logan, Peters argues that government officials are using the legal system to silence those who question elections. She also raises serious concerns about due process, First Amendment protections and evidence she says was excluded from her trial. Peters believes her fight is about more than her own case. It’s about protecting election officials who speak out and the public’s right to question the integrity of our elections. @realtinapeters | @GoingRoguewLara In our landmark 100th episode, filmed live at America First Warehouse in Long Island, New York, Lara Logan brings together Tina Peters, Gary Berntsen, Ralph Pezzullo, Martin Rodil, Mark Cook, Dr. Andrew Paquette, Ed Solomon and Joe Hoft for an extensive discussion on election integrity, accountability and transparency. My company sends about 20 people a year to our office in America. Before they go, HR gives them a 40-page manual. Most of it is visas and taxes. Section 7 is different. It was written by employees who came back. HR adds to it every year. Nobody remembers who started it. I was allowed to translate some of it. SECTION 7: THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU 7.1 A stranger will ask how you are. This is not a question. Answer "Good, you?" Do not tell them how you actually are. (Kobayashi did. He was invited to a barbecue. It is now an annual event.) 7.2 You will be called "buddy," "boss," and "sweetheart" by people who do not know your name. All of them mean it. 7.3 At the hardware store, an older man will explain the thing you came to buy for 25 minutes. You will leave with the right part and a new grandfather. 7.4 If you are sick for a week, your lawn will be mowed. You will not find out who did it. (It was the man next door. It is always the man next door.) 7.5 By November, you will be invited to Thanksgiving. Accept. You will be sent home with more food than you brought. SECTION 8: AFTER YOU RETURN TO JAPAN Employees may experience: - Waving at trucks - Calling younger staff "sir" - Small talk in elevators - Asking the convenience store clerk how her day is going These are not problems. Please do not report them to HR. The last line of the manual was added in pen by our HR director. He was posted to Michigan in 1998. "If you're lucky, you'll never fully come back."

🚨 BREAKING: POLISH PRESIDENT STORMS HIS OWN HIGHEST COURT AT 1 AM 🚨 Karol Nawrocki just walked straight into the Constitutional Tribunal building after turning his plane around mid-flight from Senegal. He looked the pro-EU judges in the eye and told them they are NOT judges. Their attempted takeover is OVER. “You are not judges of the Constitutional Tribunal!” 🔥🔥🔥 This is the elected President of Poland personally ending a coup in real time. Donald Tusk’s camp declared the Tribunal’s president (Bogdan Święczkowski) “suspended,” sent police to surround the building, and tried to seize control with judges who were never sworn in by the President. Nawrocki cut his trip short, flew home, arrived after midnight with the head of the Supreme Court, and forced his way inside through the pushing and scuffling at the doors. He is not backing down. Poland’s highest court was being hijacked. The President just took it back. 🇵🇱 Go get ’em, Mr. President! 🇺🇸 This is what standing up to a power grab looks like.

You asked 👇 HOW DID TUSK GET BACK IN? Poland has a President as well as a Prime Minister. The President is head of state, the Prime Minister runs the government day to day. Tusk was President of the European Council in Brussels - one of the top jobs in the EU. Big salary, big prestige. He came back to Poland in 2021 to take over his old party, Civic Platform. In October 2023 there was the general election. PiS - Law and Justice - actually got the most votes as a single party, but not a majority. Tusk put together a coalition of three - his Civic Coalition, plus Third Way, plus the Left. Between them they had just enough seats to take power. So President Duda had to give Tusk the chance to form a government, and he became Prime Minister again in December 2023. How did he win? He didn't win the conservative, working class, rural Poland. He won the big cities - Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw - and he aimed his campaign at white liberal middle class women and young graduates who want to be seen as European, not Polish. Poland has secure borders. They have no mass no experience of the difficulties that are ahead . No immigration from Somalia, Afghanistan, places like that. Most people there have never lived with what we have lived with in England. So it's easy to vote liberal when you don't have to live with the consequences. Why would he leave a cushy EU job in Brussels to go back? Because Brussels needed him back in Warsaw. PiS were blocking EU federalism. They wanted to keep the Zloty, keep their gold, keep their borders, keep their own courts. They were a problem for Germany and Brussels. Tusk is their man in Warsaw. Put him back in to take over the courts, take over the Tribunal, open the borders, and get Poland into the Euro. That's why he came back. Not for Poland - for Brussels. @D_Tarczynski have I got this about right ?

Mysterious ways. @DataRepublican told me I could use the Census Bureau to geolocate addresses. So I built that. Then she went and worked on her super secret DOGE-at-the-Pentagon job and went quiet. Then Nick Shirley. While she was quiet, I started ingesting the Medicaid and DOT data, and geolocating it. You can see the results here. grumpytechbro.com/fun/ I did the 990 addresses too. The Chinese Progressive Association, the Center for Empowered Politics, and the CEP Education Fund share a building. From 2020 through 2022 they are the only three filers on one San Francisco pin. In 2023 and 2024 they move to Oakland together. New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Hopewell Fund, Windward Fund, and the North Fund share one Washington pin. The names do not mention each other. Different paperwork, same door. Legally different people. Yeah, right. That is not even counting the nonprofit c3 with the political c4. That is just how the NGO world works, because a political c4 has to pay taxes, so you park the $ in the c3. I wouldn't have built the Sankey that helped connect me with Data if my mom wasn't in the hospital. I wouldn't have had this much time obsessing on the geolocation if Data hadn't gotten sucked into the DoW. Now I have a big pile of geolocated orgs I'm using to chase down fraud. Destiny. Mysterious ways. – at Oregon, USA

You don't need to be a lawyer to understand this one… when somebody fights this hard to keep the right to delete something, it is because of what is on it. Here is what happened in Michigan. Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer had a simple question for Jocelyn Benson's office. Benson's own rule, R 168.48, says clerks must delete the electronic poll book files seven days after certification, while federal law, 52 USC 20701, says election officers must keep those records for 22 months and willfully failing to do it carries up to a year in federal prison. So which law does she follow? She asked in October of last year. She waited. She asked again. Nothing. Months of silence from the person in charge of Michigan elections, so she sued in August, got a restraining order, and she is now the only clerk known to still have her August 4 poll book file. Every other clerk's August file is already gone. Then on Tuesday Judge Michael Riordan expanded that order statewide and told Benson to instruct every clerk in Michigan to move the November 3 poll books onto encrypted flash drives and lock them up until the court decides. DOJ filed a statement of interest saying poll book data, metadata included, are federal election records. And a data manager in Benson's own Bureau of Elections admitted under oath that the actual precinct lists poll workers use on Election Day never get uploaded to the state database, they get rebuilt later from a change log. So the "don't worry, it's all saved somewhere" argument just fell apart in her own affidavit. And what does Benson do? She runs to the Court of Appeals with an emergency application, skips asking the trial judge for a stay first because it "would not be expedient," and asks them to waive the rule that says she has to. McQueer's lawyer Kevin Kijewski put it perfectly… she "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful." The cost to Benson's office of obeying the order is one memo. The cost to a clerk who deletes is a federal statute with a jail term. Now keep in mind this is the woman running for governor of Michigan. How do you campaign on protecting democracy while fighting in court for the right to erase the record of the election you are running in? Who benefits when the list poll workers actually saw on Election Day only exists for seven days? I know this movie. Tina Peters got nine years in Colorado over backing up her county's election system before an update wiped it, and the media called her the threat. Michelle McQueer did it the right way, she asked, she waited, she went to court, and the Secretary of State still wants the files gone. Preserve the records. All of them. For 22 months, like the law says. Jocelyn, if there is nothing on those poll books, you should be the one begging to keep them.

**CORRUPTION WATCH** Dear Department of Justice, We reviewed the new system for reporting fraud and corruption. It looks straightforward. You fill out the form, you attach what you have, and someone is supposed to look at it. Looks like we get a hefty percentage of the fraud when we report it too. So we are using it and are very excited to see the results unfold. So here goes- We would like to report the United States Congress. Members of both parties take money from the staffing firms, the hospital groups, the tech companies, and the agricultural employers who want the visa pipeline and the illegal labor market kept open. In return those members vote to expand the visas, delay the enforcement, and treat a tight job market as a problem to fix. The American worker is the one who loses the seat. The receipts are the votes and the donor lists. The votes that keep the door open. The checks that arrive before the votes. The shortage talk that only starts after the American is priced out or never called. We are told this is legal. We are told this is how the system works. We are also told there is now a place to report it. So we are reporting it. Follow the money from the lobbyist to the vote to the visa. If the new system is real, this is the file that tests it. If the report disappears, we will know that too. We figure this is worth at least the 130 billion in remittance so we look forward to recieving our 10 billion dollar check. Please DM for address and name to make it out too. Respectfully, The people who keep getting told the shortage is real @ChiefEngineerCE

🚨 JUST IN: A Biden appointed judge just ordered the Trump White House to pull three ads off its own websites, YouTube and Instagram, days before the midterms. The ads? "Every Democrat Voted Against No Tax on Tips." "Cost of Socialism." "$5,000 to Americans." The judge's excuse is that taxpayers paid for them. Funny how nobody needed a court order when Biden's White House was running its own victory laps. Save the ads and share them yourself. They can't gag all of us.

Every American parent needs to know why Assistant Principal Joel Myrick had to sprint a quarter-mile across a parking lot in Pearl, Mississippi, before he could save his students. On October 1, 1997, a sixteen-year-old gunman walked into Pearl High School with a rifle, murdered two girls, and wounded seven students. Joel Myrick was the thirty-six-year-old assistant principal and a U.S. Army Reserve commander. Because Congress had passed the federal Gun-Free School Zones Act, Myrick was forbidden by law from keeping his .45 Colt semi-automatic pistol inside his office. To obey the law, he locked his pistol inside his pickup truck parked a quarter-mile away at the edge of campus. While students bled in the hallway, Myrick had to sprint half a mile round-trip just to reach his own gun. By the time he unlocked his truck door, the killer was already in a getaway car heading straight toward Pearl Junior High School to slaughter younger kids. Myrick aimed his .45 Colt as the car spun onto the grass, forced the gunman to a dead stop, and held his boot on the killer's neck until police arrived. Yet almost every national TV network erased Joel Myrick's gun from the story. Americans, let me ask you honestly: why do politicians and media networks keep telling you that disarming honest fathers and teachers will protect your children when a federal gun-free zone law almost cost an entire junior high school its life?

RE: Color Revolution Deniers @DataRepublican's Democracy Files are slowly but surely breaking X contain, which of course means that we are now seeing the usual suspects fulfilling the role of Color Revolution Deniers. Here's the thing. I have read all of their attempts at retorts. In my article below I lay out the textbook characteristics of the color revolutions the US waged in places like Ukraine and Georgia, and then I show empirical evidence that the exact same tactics are being employed by the same people on US soil. My arguments are founded solely in factual history, the plotters' own words and logic. Yet, every attempt by the Color Revolution Deniers to argue against what I wrote COMPLETELY FAILS TO ADDRESS the arguments I made and instead such articles deal solely in character assassination against DR and everyone else who has helped in getting the facts out there. Their unwillingness to address the stark and undeniable relationship between historical color revolution tactics and what we are seeing now before our very eyes seems almost an admission of guilt. Process that as you must.
