Buying another house. Can’t believe I was able to find a good deal in this over inflated market. Was the lowest bidder of 3 but I had the right contract and conditions. Been using the same realtor for 7 years because he’s that good.

Did you know that the real estate pull back was an average of 33% in both the Great Depression and Great Recession of 2008? I always think about that before I make a real estate deal.

My wife and kids were rear ended by a truck today. Had her in a new Honda CRV that protected them. Glad I was able to provide a safe vehicle for my family or it could have been much worse.

I really want to buy $SLV and $GLD. I’m not going to because the price will go lower. Short term the USD will rise thereby making PM’s go lower. I’ll be buying $SLV at $13.80 and $GLD at $1150. Still holding all my crypto. Been a good few weeks.

Hold your $alts. If you’re new, $alts always get crushed on a $BTC run up and then run themselves (bull market.) if anything, buy $alts now and sell them for more $BTC after they run. Good projects: $DCR, $MUE, $XEL, $XMR
