I'm still banned, and I'm losing money currently due to this situation.
My ROBLOX account, (Crysoviak) was linked to an account named Ch***, eventually over the days I found individuals that share the same ban with me, that also got banned on the same exact day & time, being linked to the same account.
ROBLOX states that this clears out individuals who do severe rule breaking, but how come many people including me got caught in the crossfire from AI?
I am an active developer that made an income over GFXs and my assets, and It was paused, and still is for nearly 3 weeks now. I'm really hoping someone can process my case further.
Furthermore, The violations & appeals page won't work for me, as it states "an unexpected error has occurred." Which basically means, to this day, I am still not able to appeal through ROBLOX's preferred appeal system.
Whenever I try and manually appeal using the support site, they tell me to use the broken violations & appeals page. There isn't anything possible that I can do to get myself unbanned.
The AI customer support has tried It's best to help me, and even then it won't successfully do it.
If you're a Staff member on ROBLOX, please reach out in my DMs or send my case, there is nothing I can do and this platform is a way to support my rent.

@roblox So what about the players that aren't linked to "ro***" and Linkef to other random accounts recently cause ro is just nearly a quarter of these players, what about us others that are linked to actual accounts that aren't even ours still are we gonna just be unhelped??? In my case I had 2 accounts linked to me that I've never seen before and none of them are "ro".

Roblox has issued an official statement on the DevForum regarding account bans.
Some of the things they say they're going to improve on:
- Clearer ban notices.
- More proportionate Marketplace consequences (flagged terms in items or experiences)
- Grace period for games available in Roblox select
- New Issues & Appeals page (more than one person can view violates and file appeals for games under groups)
- Expanded appeal eligibility (more specific appeal types for your ban notice)

@roblox Like i said Most of us aren't linked to "ro" accounts so what about the other players that were linked to false accounts. cause being told to appeal it isn't enough I've spent this entire month appealing and my issue still isn't solved. And I have 2 enforcement linked accounts stacked on me that aren't mine???
Roblox has released a statement regarding enforcement and AI bans.
• Enforcement bans are based on device, behavior, and identity signals, only for severe violations, not just IP or shared Wi-Fi
• They can get bans wrong, and they can be appealed
• Bans linked to "ro***" were a mistake and they've paused the scan that caused it
• Roblox uses a system that combines human experts with automated systems to handle bans
• UGC Creators will face lesser consequences for first-time mistakes in descriptions
• They will be making ban notes have more clarity
Roblox states they ban people based on multiple signals, not just one, including device, behavior, and identity signals, which means having the same IP or Wi-Fi is not enough. Additionally, they noted sometimes they get it wrong, which is why you can "appeal moderation decisions". Furthermore, they acknowledged some ban notices are not clear enough and that they intend to improve that, alongside pausing the username scan which triggered linked account bans.
Any lower-severity violation will give developers 72-hours to fix the issue before getting restricted, instead of immediately penalizing developers. You must report back to appeals to state when you have resolved the issue. Roblox has also allowed other developers to appeal any violation, instead of just the owner of the game.
Roblox will be broadening the takedown types that are eligible for appeal and will not immediately ban UGC creators over their descriptions, instead treating a first-time mistake differently than repeat violations.
Roblox recommends to:
• Not buy, sell, or share accounts.
• Use unique credentials and turn on 2-step verification.
• Use the official appeals process, and avoid posting other users’ account details publicly, since that can complicate reviews.

Roblox needs to be less punishing with actual permanent bans. I think they should only use them when it is something genuinely serious, like someone uploading NSFW or owning a condo game. So many people have lost their accounts over non-issues that should have been a small ban and/or could have easily be fixed if the player had some notice. The enforcement bans are still a major problem as well, they don’t even work at all and imo they should just be fucking gone.

THE SITUATION REGARDING MY ENFORCEMENT BAN ON ROBLOX.
[This will be a long thread regarding my ban, with evidence, etc etc.]
Section 1: Appeal Loop problems
On October 13th of 2026, I woke up to notice a Termination on my ROBLOX account "Crysoviak".
The first thing I did was try and use the Violations & Appeal page, which ROBLOX strongly suggests for bans like these. The moment I tried using it, it states an "Unexpected error has occurred", Which practically means I'm unable to use their system for appeals.
Obviously once I seen this problem, I manually appealed my ban by using their support website (They also strongly suggest this when they state that it doesn't work.)
Moments later after using their support form, I get greeted that I am told to use the Violations & appeal page for bans like these. It basically tells me to use the page that does NOT work for me, even when I responded, telling them that it won't work.
I then tried solving the problem by stating it clearly through the appeal description, & I still get the same Automated responses telling me to use the broken system.
Basically, I'm stuck in their appeal system which I like to call a loop. I appreciate that ROBLOX is talking about the enforcement bans, but there was no topic regarding this problem that me & many others are dealing with. (1/?)

Section 2: Post Ban, gathering evidence
After my situation with the appeal system, I decided to look through all of my emails that are currently/previously connected to my ROBLOX account.
After looking through every single email, and my current phone number that is connected to my ROBLOX account, there is no account starting with "ch". They basically connected me to an account I have no affiliation with whatsoever.
I then submitted my forms to the BBB & FTC on October 14th, and I am yet to receive answers from ROBLOX.
Furthermore, after scrolling through the internet, I found many cases of individuals being connected to the SAME account that I was.
( These individuals consist of @ghhosttt23 & @iandanielhong )
Superhong13 lives in a WHOLE different country & continent, as well as Ghhost being in a WHOLE different state than me. This further shows that ROBLOX false-flagged me and many others, and who knows how many people are connected to the same account.
One individual sticks out like a sore thumb though, as they reported that they were banned for being linked to the same account I was, as well as being banned on the same exact day & time that I was, and the same year!
ROBLOX states that they try their best to find the perpetrator's Alternative accounts on their platforms, but how does me & this individual get flagged by AI? we both got our accounts terminated, and we're not the same person! They're also being ignored by the appeal system believe it or not.

Section 3: Post ban, & a plead for help.
After going through 3 weeks of ROBLOX's appeal system I'm confident that they're not listening to me when I posted 3 separate videos, as well as numerous tweets regarding my ban.
I tried my best to reach out to people, But I get ignored. I don't know what to do anymore, I want to prove to everyone that I am innocent, and there is A LOT more evidence to show, but unfortunately It'll violate my personal information.
This is a call of help to any ROBLOX players that can reach out to the staff, or even staff members themselves. I am going through many problems through this, and I don't know how long I can keep it up for.
3 weeks of dealing with automated responses
3 weeks of them not hearing the side of my story
3 weeks of my appeals being ignored
3 weeks of the violations & appeals page not working
I really don't know what to do anymore, so please.. someone help me out on this.

Section 4: Additional information about my time on ROBLOX.
Ever since i started in 2016, I quickly learned ROBLOX studio. Ever since 2023, I really got into it by 3 modelling, and making assets.
I've contributed to over 200K+ Group members, specifically academy games and RO-Sports.
I made a small income through this, making huge progress on my talents on developing, and wanted to learn scripting real soon to get an actual consistent income coming in, so It would help me pay rent a lot easier as I only work Part-time for the time being.
Ever since I got banned, I completely lost this income, ROBLOX is a great way to learn skill, and progress over the years. I got all of this shutdown overnight due to a false flag.
Really hoping this gets fixed soon, or a genuine further review. Because It's making it real difficult to pay rent, As I mentioned, my income is for rent.

Roblox has finally admitted a scan used for account linking/enforcement bans was incorrectly flagging users and has now PAUSED it
These bans told users they were linked to accounts they didn’t even recognize.
Roblox says its alt detection uses device, behavior, and identity signals, but has now acknowledged the system can get those links wrong.
