On our return trip from the #NorthernCapeMega, we naturally HAD to stop at 4Sheep in Beaufort West so I could stock up in the best kudu biltong in the world. And they stock Funky Ouma! So I got myself some more of this too - black garlic pink salt👌🏻👌🏻

These lazy days between Christmas & New Years call for fast food. I keep my indulgent palate in bounds by balancing convenience with healthy. For this mid-week 10-minute meal, I combined two of my favourite food items: @CtLeaf vegan patties and @Homebao1 's vegan bao buns.

The @CtLeaf range started in lockdown, during the Cape Town Restaurant initiative #jobssavelives, because they wanted to offer restaurants a great plant based vegan patty that was both nutritious and delicious and that was not pretending to be meat.
