Movies like Remember Me, Seven Pounds, The Prestige, The Illusionist, Secret Life of Walter Mitty, are all great movies.
But so is a movie like Tremors, I watched that last night for 1st time in 20 years and that movie is a masterpiece. Perfect balance of everything.
Films don't need to fit into some perfect box to be an amazing work of art, adventure or both. The experience and feeling while watching & after viewing a film the 1st, or even a 2nd+ time is what matters.
Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. I saw Pirates of the Caribbean Curse of the Black Pearl three times in theaters when it came out, its master work but so are films like Good Will Hunting.

Blind. They don't glorify him. They simply understand him. Anakin is relatable because the generation coming up now is in a similar position to him.
They're told they're a force for change while also being spoken down to and demeaned by their elders. Theyre also told they're a problem by those elders who have allowed culture to decay for decades. On top of that, emotions like love become harder and harder to express due to the decline in social interaction. Anakin wasn't allowed to love. Anakin wasn't socialized. Anakin was told he was a problem and spoken to like he was untrustworthy while also being told he's the best guy they've got. I dont think most people want to be Anakin Skywalker. But I do think many young men relate to him and that's a cultural failure. Not their failure.

I love @RyanGosling as actor but if @Disney pushes this as is, expect it to flop. It may even be a great film!
But fck you I wont watch it. @Lucasfilm doomed this movie the second they attached it the sequel trilogy. I don't blame the current peeps, squarely on the retard that recently left.
That said, the best way to save the film IMO is to use SI(AI) right now and change what's needed (minimally) to place it somewhere else in the timeline. Maybe 5-15 years after ROTJ.
Of course do what y'all want as usual, but if you dont want to lose a fuckton of money since I and many others wont watch this on principal.

I started a new playthrough around ~70 hours in; I'm at ~142 total, so now the game starts to get good! I have a little less than a month to beat the heck out of the main game before CtU releases, which I already have pre-ordered so I'm really looking forward to this.
Although next month I do intend to jump into WoW: Forever since I missed out on WoW as a kid. Zelda Ocarina of Time will have to until Christmas since its my not so secret gift this year.
Next few months of gaming should be good 😎🤙

But to be fair,
Snyderverse did the first diss by not using Bale's Batman... I think for it to be successful it needs Nolan.
However there are ways both could exist I suppose.. if Nolan or Bale are even willing at this point.

Yes! Although, a suggestion, soft reboot that shit. It's the chance to fix some of the problems it does have.
They rushed into Batman V Superman. BvS sucked so much for me (sry) one of the worst DCEU movies I watched mostly because I cant stand Ben Affleck (love the actor but not this role) as @Batman.
I'd prefer more of a MCU format, each gets there own set of standalone movies and then we get a Justice League movie after a wave. Then introuduce more characters in those sequels, then they get movies/shows/etc.
Just keep @ZackSnyder as the visionary, but also get Nolan back in there too with Cavill as Superman, and Christian Bale's Batman and @GalGadot Wonder Woman.. the rest of the actors I'm more impartial to who plays them, at least at the moment. @Skydance @davidellison
