I was meeting a friend at the pop up and his flight was delayed. Adam saw me in line and offered his phone to scan me in so I could get my bracelet. Chopped it up with him throughout the weekend and very grateful he looked out. I owe you a drink, Adam. Thanks to @PGMrob for hanging out and this being his first ApeFest event. We were both looking around in awe at times. Big ups to his new art project @PharaohGodMob that will 10X easy from here I am sure. Special thanks to @beeple for allowing us to use his Studios and getting it set up for an eventful night. I am not sure how much work went into setting up, but we didn't see any bumps in the road other than capacity issues due to everyone wanting to make history being at the event (nice problem to have really). @mfigge for being there sharing new alpha and we can all agree that MUDWATER was a HUGE HIT. @AdamWeitsman for being gracious....enough said. One hell of a guy that I could hang out with on the weekends on the porch and share a few beers with. I will be his personal Optician soon 👓(He offered me one if his BAYC out of his collection to get me in the Club, but I turned him down, LMAO) All of these guys were around shaking hands, signing autographs, and having a blast themselves. Again, call me a Web3 Boomer, but I grew up without a cell phone, played outside, drank from neighbors water hoses b/c you dare not run in and out, Atari was my first console, Oregon Trail and Summer Games were the best games on any computer, wore Bobo shoes and mismatched clothes, and would not change it for anything ever. Making new memories still exists, and I plan to share with many of you. Peace ! The 90s were still the best Decade

Happy Mutant Monday I have been shopping to get into the Club since ApeFest. BAYC/MAYC have always "been out of reach" since I have been here in Web3. But after the people I met in Charleston, SC.....there was only one question: How do I make it in? Answer: MUDWATER All holders AND their +1 got a red band to enter ApeFest at Beeple Studios. Not knowing what to expect, we were all blessed with a full playing set of one of the hottest TCGs on the market right now. Decision: Keep cards or sell to join the Club. Easy answer...Do what you need to do to join the most welcoming community I have ever been a part of. NO ONE WAS BIGGER THAN LIFE. I met an insane number of people, and the fact that I could have so much in common with so many other "Boomers" was enough for me. Being an enjoooyer of beer and an Optician of 30 years, I shopped for traits that matched ME as a person, (M1 Scumbag/M1Grin) but NONE for sale. But this M2 spoke to me. I was never connected to Memeland, just a dope Potato and a Beer, but it's already different here being accepted before a purchase. My plan is to meet more people here and be a part of the culture. The only change from here is a MAYC to a BAYC ! But for now, if ETH is ETH, then Ape is Ape 🍌
