Came back out of “brain hell” and now my rats have mites that I need to treat. One day recently I either had some kind of stroke or seizure. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. Still getting tests run, poked and prodded every day with several needles, had no phone access.

Had so many prescribed injections the last 3 weeks now that I can't even feel them when they happen. I will count my blessings 🤣. Just on 1x weekly under-the-skin injection now thankfully, so not many more needles left for me to deal with.
I haven’t posted an up to date photo in awhile. All my other photos have been from years ago - here’s me today at 36!! My life just got fucked up but I’m still here and I’m not stopping. Off work for a bit doing my best to recover each day.

I put on gloves yesterday and went to clean a part of my bigger rats' cage, they swarmed me. One tried to bite, he's not used to gloves on my hand so he was trying to pull them off, he pinched me pretty hard. Lesson learned - take the vicious baby out of cage before cleaning 🤣
