A severe lap belt injury caused H pattern sacral frxs and bilateral ramus frxs - this 7.5mm CurvaFix medullary device allowed us to accommodate the ramus’ osseus pathway and stabilize the ramus frx - a great new solution to a very long standing and frustrating clinical issue
