Yes it is. What was unusual that it wasn't mentioned in the first warrant agreement. Also I searched 8 companies with similar clause on Edgar with fundamental transaction and they all resulted in some merger, or divesture.

The warrants were pulled from the market before they expired and redeemed. Just like in 2023 when the stock was cancelled (not deleted) before it was shorted below .01. @Kyl0Z3n Can you give us all a quick summary of the words written in the image below in layman’s terms?
