#Rwanda has invested in archival infrastructure, developed expertise in digitisation and preservation, and put in place legal and security safeguards to host the records while they remain under @UN authority.
#Rwanda was not seeking to take ownership of the archives from the #UN, but to host them under arrangements that preserve the organisation’s legal authority and ensure continued access for authorised users.

A four-hour international online auction under the Best of Rwanda 2026 competition saw 5.2 tonnes of Rwandan specialty coffee attract winning bids worth more than RWF 680 million ($460,409).
The top lot, Geisha coffee from K-Organics in Huye District, fetched about $452 per kilogram—roughly 66 times the average international market price. The event drew thousands of bids and connected producers with global specialty buyers. #FactsOnRwanda
