Good morning @British_Airways will you be ignoring my eight week old lost bag claim today? I answered all your questions & verified who i am many times, whats the hold up?
Just spent another 45 on hold to @British_Airways and was given this number to call 0208 562 9244 but of course it’s incorrect. You people are evil.
Finally a message from @British_Airways it’s already been 8 weeks but have been told to keep waiting. End of message. Awful people.

As the result of todays contact with @flySFO I’ve had 4 emails and two calls regarding my lost bag, all helpful, friendly and patient. What’s wrong with you @British_Airways ? 8 weeks, no proper response.
You could not make this up, 8 weeks of lies and being ignored, finally you message to say you cant help then ask me to complete a satisfaction survey but you forget to include the survey!! @British_Airways
Good morning @British_Airways , going into the 8th week, can someone contact me or respond to any of the emails & messages I’ve sent regarding the bag you lost last year? I can’t work without it. D
Good morning @British_Airways week seven, still no proper response, your customer service phone lines not working because you have to keep ‘colleagues safe’. Maybe i need to buy one of the ticket offers you email me about everyday so i can speak to someone? Please respond! Dave

In case you're wondering if the "Caravan" on the new @vanmorrison reissue is as good as the one on "The Last Waltz."
