La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo reaccionó este martes a la difusión de un audio en el que el expresidente Vicente Fox confiesa que “hizo que ganara Calderón” en las elecciones de 2006 porque la sucesión del país debía ser del PAN, y afirmó que esa declaración “nos da la razón” sobre el fraude electoral de hace 20 años.
El material fue presentado durante la conferencia matutina por el periodista Manuel Pedrero. En la grabación, Fox asegura que él intervino para que Felipe Calderón Hinojosa se impusiera en los comicios. Tras escuchar el audio, la mandataria sostuvo: “Este año justo se cumplieron 20 años del fraude electoral de 2006, esta declaración de Fox nos da la razón”.
La presidenta también criticó la estrategia de la oposición de recurrir a expresidentes para atacar a su gobierno, y señaló que estos señalamientos confirman lo que su movimiento ha denunciado durante dos décadas sobre la falta de legitimidad del proceso electoral de 2006.
