I am very proud of this video we put together with a good friend @AndrewStrain. A lot of thought went into how we could capture the essence of what makes a successful exploration company. For a 4K version please see Youtube link: youtube.com/watch?v=PqQwFnyY… I love my career as an explorer, and I am very proud of the incredible team of enthusiastic and top-notch geologists we have built.
The odds are often against you in exploration, but every geologist shares the same goal: to make a discovery. At $KFR.V, we're striving for more than just finding mineralization. We're working toward discoveries with the potential to stand the test of time, create lasting value, support communities, and leave a positive legacy for generations. "If you have a good project, a good team, and you have access to capital, that's the exact formula that leads to making multiple discoveries and bucking that trend." - CEO @DPGEO ⛰️ Check out our new video and discover what drives the pursuit. ⬇️

I was curious how $KFR.V stacked up against its peers in terms of how efficiently it puts cash raised into exploration. It looks like we doing well relative to peers. Our forecast for this year indicates we will improve further (and I would expect 2027 to improve upon that). Generally, it is easier to improve on this metric with larger exploration spends. Our G&A will grow along with our exploration spends as things like software (Leapfrog licences are not cheap) are attributed to "office" for us when accounting but there is a limit whereas exploration theoretically does not have a $ limit. This data was taken from MDA/Financials for a number of global peers with many BC companies included as well. I added Warratah here who might really fit as a porphyry Cu-Au comp, but their project (eptithermal IS over porphyry targets) has a lot of similarities to ours so I did it anyways. I assume if you had the original accounting data you could refine these numbers better but this should give a fairly good idea. This doesn't cover topics like whether the exploration spend is actually justified or where the G&A is going (IE salaries, marketing, offices, software, ect...) This post contains forward-looking information (EG KFR 2026 forecast and 2027 plans), peer data from public filings that are unverified, and it is not investment advice. DYODD.

After the @Conservative_BC landslide victory @LDoerkson just gave the most pro resource speech I think I’ve ever heard in this province. LFG

It’s not often you get the Senior VP Exploration from a major doing promo for an explorer. Nice work from the Kingfisher Metals $KFR.v team. youtube.com/watch?v=0F_leAvk…

“It’s that combination between the scale of the project, the work that Kingfisher is performing, the different systems, opportunities that there are, and the team that you have in place, is what motivated us to be a partner.” - Javier Ortúzar, @barrick_mining Senior VP of Exploration. Hear directly from Javier and $KFR.V VP of Exploration Tyler Caswell about the partnership, the potential of underexplored ground in BC’s Golden Triangle, and the exploration work underway during what could be Kingfisher’s biggest year yet. Canada is sitting on one of the greatest geological treasure chests on Earth. Gold. Copper. Uranium. Nickel. Potash. Diamonds. Lithium. Some of the richest mineral districts ever discovered are buried beneath Canadian soil. Canada has what the world needs.

“Yada yada we have the best drill target in BC…” Here is a technical presentation on a pretty good one. I’ve been working on this technical deck since the winter between other obligations. Will be training an employee with this template so they can make one for each target area on our pinner land holdings. Could use sections but ran out of time before site tours. kingfishermetals.com/wp-cont… $kfr.v @Kingfisher_KFR

Kingfisher's success wouldn't be possible without the incredible team we have built. Our entire exploration team (except for one exploration manager on break) is on site right now. It's a lot more fun hanging out with this group of motivated, passionate, and incredibly hard-working explorers than sitting in front of a screen, but I guess someone has to do it. @Kingfisher_KFR $kfr.v

Amazing flight from Terrace to site today. We landed on the Burrage airstrip (our staging area) in a turbine otter and the weather held up so we could fly over Brucejack, KSM, and Eskay Creek, on the way to the long journey across the $kfr.v landholdings. Photos are Brucejack, Sulphurets, Mitchell, and Eskay.

Barrick Bets Big On Kingfisher robertsinn.substack.com/p/ba… This morning, Kingfisher Metals (TSX-V:KFR, OTC:KGFMF) made a splash when it announced that copper/gold mining giant Barrick Mining (NYSE:B, TSX:ABX) is making a C$20.9 million strategic investment in the Golden Triangle copper-gold explorer. Barrick is acquiring 15.47 million units at C$1.35 per unit in a non-brokered private placement. Each unit includes one common share and one-half warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at C$1.70 for two years. Upon closing, Barrick will own approximately 9.9% of Kingfisher, rising to 14.1% on a partially diluted basis if it exercises all its warrants. At least 80% of the proceeds—roughly C$16.7 million—must be spent on the HWY 37 Project, and Kingfisher expects to emerge with approximately C$47 million in cash. $KFR.V $B @Kingfisher_KFR @barrick_mining

Big moment for our team today. After an extensive technical review, @barrick_mining chose to invest C$20.9M in $KFR at a ~30% premium to market — their first public investment in British Columbia in my memory. We consolidated early in the cycle, built a top-notch technical team, and executed on our exploration strategy with a new Cu-Au discovery in 2025, all while striving to build a strong and transparent relationship with our local stakeholders, the Tahltan First Nation. We are currently drilling with three rigs and continuing to explore this highly prospective land package that we have assembled, which has now been validated by one of the largest copper-gold producers in the world. @Kingfisher_KFR @barrick_mining #GoldenTriangle #CopperGold $KFR.V $B barrick.com/English/news/new…

The final stop of this year's target tour is Rainbow. This till-filled bowl is a soil sampling nightmare, but keen-eyed prospectors over 15 years ago discovered outcropping sheeted magnetite-chalcopyrite-quartz veining amidst the sea of transported material. In 2011, the first-ever drill test intercepted 0.76 g/t Au over 91.4 m from surface, but limited follow-up failed to replicate the result. Now armed with fresh data - detailed mapping, airborne EM and, critically, an IP survey - $KFR.V believes that Rainbow is drill-ready. Rainbow marks the end of this year's tour, but it is far from the last prospect in our pipeline. Leaving Northmore, we'll follow More Creek south for 15km, until we reach the Galore Creek Access Road. The large, gossanous ridge 4km to the east is the Grizzly zone - and behind it, the Galore Creek-owned Voigtberg system. The flashy copper oxide at surface easily catches the eye, but what drew us to Grizzly is the potential at depth: untested magnetic and IP anomalies sit below the surficial mineralization. Join $KFR.V CEO @DPGEO and staff geologist Olly in the trenches for a rundown on what work is needed to delineate future drill targets at Grizzly. #KingfisherMetals #Exploration #GoldenTriangle #Grizzly
