HS pitchers… Spend this fall on significantly lowering your 60 time while increasing your max vertical. Explosive movement in almost every instance results in velo gains. Add a consistent shoulder-care routine and core strengthening program. Keep the arm moving with light catch a couple times a week, gradually working out to 75–90 feet as appropriate. Get in the weight room. Build the engine without constantly testing the arm. Then, when the time is right, ramp back up. Get faster. Get stronger. Get more explosive.
