A lot of people spoke about the VRS system after our news about CS, which was the icing on the cake, but just wanted to break down the main 5 reasons that compounded the decision and why itโs so hard for UKCS currently
There is more than this but these all link together

Looking to add some casters to the @TeamEndpoint pool ahead of ESEA / open qualifiers etc
Paid, DM with experience - RTs appreciatedโ๏ธ

Being a caster is probably one of the worst jobs in esports right now.
Rates are cut, you never receive any ownership of what you build, you have zero job security, and your voice becomes the soundtrack of a co-streamer who makes 10x your money.
Get out while you can.
One of, if not THE, best bunch I've ever worked with. Always a pleasure, made it feel like an enjoyable hobby again rather than a stressy nightmare where money I thought would be coming in is delayed
Will only ever have good things to say about Pete and everyone over at Endpoint
Payment lengths in esports (business in general) is a huge annoyance for pro players, staff, freelancers, businesses
Claiming prizemoney for UKIC?
Casting for us?
Play for us?
Work for us?
You will be paid first business day we see the invoice (or pay day for pros/influencers/staff). If you promise something, fulfill it, if you can't fulfill it, stop promising it
Stop this late bs or reach out to someone before its going to be late letting them know with honest reasons why (maybe this will happen to us one day with cash flow who knows)
Really wish I could out some of the companies we have worked with in the past that do this shit all the time and not just to us..
