Sports fall to a narrow 3-2 defeat at home to high flying @fc_bilbrook. A good game in very tough conditions. Credit to both sides.

A very satisfying point away from home today. Credit to the lads, once again a performance of so much character and desire. Something this group has plenty of.
We keep looking to improve week in week out in training & Matchdays.
We continue to push each other.

A positive point on the road for the Sports, Up against a in form strong Oldbury side, the lads were more than worth their point today.

A performance full of graft, grit & desire not to lose a game of football, lads showed togetherness and a true team spirit to pick up a positive point especially with late pull outs
Went from a squad of 18 to 13 a few hours before kick off not the best preparation.
🟢⚫️
A positive point at home, with very limited squad availability, the lads involved dug in & produced a battling performance to take a point against a good @ChasetownYDP side.

Ultimately undone by set pieces in the 2nd half, but lads were a credit to themselves last night with their work rate, desire and their brave football at times. A special mention to the 5 youth players that were involved last night. UTS 🟢 ⚫️
Defeat at home for Sports,
A fast paced first half saw us take the lead twice only to be pegged back going in at HT 2-2, Two set pieces saw @FcPelsall take control in the 2nd half to win the game.
A positive performance, we keep pushing.

THE PATHWAY CONTINUES ⚽️💚
Congratulations to Alfie who has made the step up into the 1st team squad, Alfie a young accomplished defender who impressed during his involvement with the u18s floodlit side. Again the club showing its pathway into men's open age football.

Lost to a better team today, if im totally honest we didn't get to the levels we know we can or have over the past few weeks,
We dust ourselves down and go again Monday night.🟢⚫️
Sports fall to a 3-0 defeat away to @StourPathway.
We wish them all the best for the rest of the season 🤝👍🏻

Thats more like it,
The lads put a real shift in today.
Great to get that first win on the board.
A big 3 points. 🟢⚫️

A very hard working display from the lads, got their rewards with the win against a good @GornalColtsFC.

This result lies totally with me, was my decision to change things up ( felt was needed ) but im the first to admit when I've got something wrong. Didn't take into account many aspects of the players I asked to do a job in a different system. Ill learn and move on,
A very poor night for Sports, just ourselves down & go again
Full credit to @WWCFC2001 who took full advantage of a poor Sports performance.

Sports are looking for a game this Saturday, if your able to host please get in touch, happy to contribute to costs @wmrfl @MidlandLeague @NonLeagueFix
How can a team not yet have a pitch ready at step 7 non league football 5 weeks into the season. Which now will go into the 6th & 7th week and looking at fixtures no home game until at least October. Makes a absolute mockery of clubs working their arses off to be ready fo August
Alway going to be a tough afternoon with the amount missing. cant use that as an excuse, I build the squad to be competitive enough for these situations, So disappointing to see a performance where players get an opportunity & not playing to their potential.
Maybe thats on me 💚
A disappointing day & performance,
Always going to be a difficult ask with 10 regular players missing. But full credit to @WyrleyUtd1st on their performance & result.
Thanks again for the fantastic after match hospitality.

A tough test awaits today, still looking to get that 1st win but big positives so far, total trust & belief in this squad.
With injuries & player unavailable this is were the trust & belief comes back to reward you, throw in a few youth players and we push together as a club. 💚
