Prayers spill out of great leaders. Their hearts burn for God. Their prayers are pregnant with purpose. The supernatural becomes natural.

If you love the Word, you will read it.
If you read the Word, you will study it.
If you study the Word, you will apply it.
If you apply the Word, you will live it.

Poor Talk is negative, hopeless communication. It's "lack of" language, filled with can't, won't, and never. Great leaders speak Hope Talk. Their words drip with possibility and opportunity, fueled by can, will, and always.
Great leaders switch from "Me First!" leadership to "You First!" leadership. When we make that switch, we kill the "Me Monster." A "You First!" attitude takes the posture of a servant, and it crushes the selfish, ugly, draining "Me First!" attitude.
Transparency and authenticity transform a relationship into a friendship. Great leaders have great friends. C.S. Lewis captures it perfectly: “Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.’”

Moments like this remind us why we go: to build relationships, encourage the next generation, and use the influence God has given us to make an impact far beyond the game.

Prayer isn’t about informing God. It’s about trusting Him enough to respond.
Less talking about what He already knows. More faith, obedience, and action.

When we stop believing the best in each other, we open ourselves up to attack. It comes from within (we grow negative and bitter) and from others (trust and belief break down). Value and protect your relationships. They are the heart of leadership.
Great leaders do what few others will ever do, because their zeal and determination will not let them give in, give up or give out.
Pride fills space.
Humility creates space.
Pride loves self.
Humility denies self.
Pride seeks control.
Humility surrenders control.
Great leaders aren't interested in can’t, almost, maybe or possibly. Rather they focus on can do, always, absolute and done.
The journey can be filled with full days or empty days. King David is a great example of a full life. He lived 70 years and ruled Israel for 40 of them. 1 Chronicles 29:28 says, "He died in a good old age, full of days and riches and honor." Let's live full days!

Hurt people often pass on their pain. Blessed people have the opportunity to pass on what God has given them.
Choose to lead from gratitude, extend grace, and be a blessing to the people around you.

Great leaders see adversity as a gift. They don’t squander the invitation into a deep journey to grow in humility.
