أعلنت شركة داندي عن طرح 40% من رأس مالها للاكتتاب العام، بسعر طرح يبلغ 5.00 ريالات قطرية للسهم الواحد، بالإضافة إلى 0.01 ريال قطري رسوم الطرح والإدراج، ليصبح إجمالي المبلغ المستحق 5.01 ريال قطري للسهم الواحد، وبإجمالي حجم طرح يبلغ 206 مليون ريال قطري.
وبعد إتمام الطرح العام الأولي، سيحتفظ المساهمون المؤسسون بنسبة 60% من رأس مال الشركة، تمهيداً لإدراج أسهمها في بورصة قطر.
Dandy Limited announced the offering of 40% of its share capital for public subscription at an offer price of QAR 5.00 per share, plus QAR 0.01 in offering and listing fees, bringing the total amount payable to QAR 5.01 per share, with a total offer size of QAR 206 M
Following completion of the initial public offering, the founding shareholders will retain 60% of the company’s issued and fully paid-up share capital, ahead of its listing on the Qatar Stock Exchange.
