Today, we celebrate a document that begins with three simple words that changed the course of history: We the People. The Constitution is more than a piece of our history. It is the framework for our self-government, a statement of enduring principles, and a responsibility passed from one generation to the next. That’s why the Daniels Fund has made restoring civic knowledge one of our Big Bets. Our goal is to help 1 million young Americans better understand their rights, their responsibilities, and the principles at the heart of our country. And we’re seeing that work come alive through the National Civics Bee®, now reaching students in all 50 states. Middle schoolers are learning how our government works, wrestling with real challenges in their communities, and discovering that citizenship isn’t a spectator sport. On Constitution Day, we celebrate the document that has guided our nation for more than two centuries. And we celebrate the young Americans preparing to carry its promise forward. Because the Constitution only endures if each generation understands it. #ConstitutionDay #CivicsEducation #NationalCivicsBee #America250 #WeThePeople

Our greatest natural resource is Coloradans’ generosity. The Daily Sentinel recently spotlighted the spirit of giving that has shaped Colorado for 150 years and continues to define what comes next. Through Colorado at 150: A Legacy of Caring - A Future of Purpose, the Daniels Fund and our four foundation parnters in this film project are proud to help celebrate the people, organizations, and communities whose generosity has strengthened our state for generations. As Bill Daniels believed, lasting impact begins one life at a time. Colorado’s next chapter will be written the same way. Read the full piece in The Daily Sentinel: bit.ly/454N5E6

On Colorado Day, as we celebrate 150 years of our state's history, we remember one Coloradan whose impact continues to shape the place he loved. Bill Daniels helped build an industry that created opportunity for thousands of Coloradans. But his vision reached far beyond business. Working quietly behind the scenes, he championed projects that elevated Colorado—from bringing Major League Baseball to Denver to supporting Denver International Airport, the Colorado Convention Center, the Denver Grand Prix, and countless other efforts that strengthened our communities. Above all, Bill believed in giving back to the state that had given him so much. Colorado has always been shaped by people who love this state enough to build it, strengthen it, and give back to it. Bill Daniels embodied that Colorado spirit. May his legacy inspire our state's next 150 years. Happy Colorado Day. #ColoradoDay #CO150 #Colorado150 #Colorado #BillDaniels #BeLikeBill @am250co150
