As a speaker, when someone shares a comment like this at your event, the event usually begins to break down.
But Charlotte Korchak listened, digested, and then calmly responded in the most intelligent, firm, and productive way I have ever seen.
And she mirrors what we’ve all been saying for the past few months:
1- Israel and the Jewish People love life, and we care about ALL innocent civilians.
2- We need to wipe out Hamas.
3- We will always defend ourselves from evil, no matter the cost.

In all the pain and frustration of the clamour to wrongly blame Israel for the horrific loss of Palestinian life at the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza, let us not lose sight of what is, above all, a most awful human tragedy. Every life is sacred and I have written directly to the Most Rev. Hosam Naoum, the Anglican Archbishop in Jerusalem, to express my condolences.

Looking at these shameful pro-Hamas demonstrations in London and elsewhere yesterday it struck me that Israel must be the only country in the world that is attacked for being attacked by a murderous, fascist, infant-killing death cult -- then is further attacked for having the temerity to retaliate against those who would erase it from the earth.
