My plan in developing healthy habits for 2024:
- Daily Bible Reading (365 day plan)
- Podcast during morning commute (Psych, Parenting, Faith)
- 1-2 hrs of reading (1 book a month)
- 3 Workouts Weekly
- Always 1 Fully Healthy Meal a Day
- Less Screen Time (TV, Social Media)
Let your day to day life be so rich, full of the spirit, full of discipline + faith so that when God chooses to elevate you, you don't need to play "catch up" or try to figure out what needs to be said or done. We serve others from the overflow.
I prayed a prayer early 2023 and said "Lord - send me to places YOU want me to minister. Don't let me get sucked into opportunity over assignment." He helped me to understand my gifts even more this year. I'm excited to see what is next ❤️
2023 recap: I travelled the most I ever travelled 😭
London, Azores, Lisbon + Orlando - All life changing trips. I worked my butt off, made new friends, strengthened family relationships, learned a lot about business, received direction for my life, ended the year pregnant. Whew.
Going into 2024 with less plans than usual.
The number one priority this year is my baby girl coming in May and adjusting to Motherhood.
I'm planning to take all the time I need to bask in being a mom and caring for my little family ❤️
Society will try to rush motherhood, convince you to be a super mom, balance 50 things at once with ease and without complaining...I'm not buying into any of that.
I'm optimistic that I will be fine - I might even surprise myself - BUT I'm not allowing any pressure🤷♀️

I can’t stand a serial complainer. I get that people aren’t happy 24/7 and it’s normal to complain at times, but serial complainers take it to a new level. Every day there is a new problem, they don’t often display gratitude, and they rarely offer solutions which makes it worse.

Prayer Starter: Father, I declare today that You are my Light and my Salvation. Because of You, I don't need to dread the future. I have victory in You.
