The only cope $LINK tards have left is pretending the majority of their entries were at $0.17. This gif is for them:

Happy November $LINK marines!
November 1, 2021: $31
November 1, 2026: $11
5 years of wealth, prosperity, and success for those who believed in Chainlink. I see why the community is so strong

they did not fumble the tokenomics - they willfully destroyed them to keep the money from the technology for themselves and use retail to fund. stop denying the brutal nature of what they actually did , it was sinister

"The bears arent right, but im liquidating 75% of my position because everything they've said is true "
The CUCKOLDS of crypto.
ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca I think I've reached a point where diversification is becoming more important to me.
I waited until LINK.NYC to reassess but today, I sold 75% of my all ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca Avg cost of all those were $18. So taking the loss on those.
I'm maintaining roughly 25% of my portfolio exposure through $GLNK shares and June calls. Still a substantial position and exposed to the asymmetry.
My biggest investing successes came from concentrating heavily in a few asymmetric opportunities in the stock market where you are a direct shareholder.
With Chainlink, my conviction in its business and critical infrastructure hasn't changed. But I've come to accept a legitimate risk: Chainlink's success doesn't necessarily guarantee LINK token value accrual like owning shares in a stock. This is a fact and a risk that one has to accept when investing in any crypto.
Payment Abstraction and the Reserve are promising, but questions around tokenomics remain. ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca also trades with the broader crypto market, a space filled with misinformation and narratives that often overshadow fundamentals.
I simply don't want my portfolio overly dependent on something this abstract, especially when I see other asymmetric opportunities with clearer paths to shareholder value. Opportunity Cost is a very real thing.
Here's where I'm looking to reallocate the rest of my capital:
$AMD: Going back to the one I was in from the 20s and sold in the triple 100s to rotate to Chainlink. Huge upside over the next five years. I believe this becomes a multitrilliondollar company.
$HIMS: Significantly mispriced. A market cap repricing play where 10x over the next 3–4 years isn't out of the question.
$NAUT: Big asymmetric bet. If execution goes right, the upside could be obscene. Have done a lot of DD on this and their latest earnings show they are goig in the right direction and the risk reward is really good at these levels imo.
However, its still pre-revenue, so substantial risk and as a result size accordingly.
$NFLX: Trading around 18x earnings at $62. I see significant value over a five year horizon. Already accumulating and will continue averaging down, with $54-58 being my absolute sweet spot.
I'll also maintain 10–15% cash reserves for future opportunities.
This isn't FUD. The bears haven't won. I still strongly believe Chainlink is one of the most misunderstood and biggest asymmetric opportunities in the market. I just don't know and no one knows when we see price movement and don't want all my capital exposed.
But being right about the technology and being right about the investment aren't necessarily the same thing.
I'll continue covering Chainlink alongside these other investments.

Chainlink buys 1.5M ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca a quarter. And releases 20M.
Q3 Reserve inflow: 1.54M LINK
Quarterly unlocks: ~20M LINK
(June: 21M unlocked, 18.37M sent to Binance)
That’s 13x more supply out than in
And that 1.5M isn’t the buyback you think it is.
The Reserve doesn’t burn anything. It moves LINK
into a timelocked treasury controlled by Labs.
LINK holders get no vote on its policy.
Holders have no claim on company revenue beyond
what lands in the Reserve.
There’s no public rule on what % of revenue has to
go in.
How much value flows to LINK is entirely at management’s discretion.
That’s where the conflict of interest in this thread comes from.
Every LINK that goes into the Reserve is revenue
Labs doesn’t keep, and Labs is the one deciding.
Honestly, the tech is the best in the space.
But if you’re wondering why 7 years of institutional
headlines haven’t moved the price, the answer isn’t
the business. It’s these numbers.
Great write-up from @ChainLinkGod
A solid explanation on why Chainlink Labs is $LINK driven.
But I’m left wondering:
How do $LINK Reserve deposits impact Chainlink Labs value?
This 🧵 will highlight this dynamic, shedding some light on the big picture.
Let’s dive in ⬇️

LINK:NYC was an embarrassment.
@SergeyNazarov looked unhealthy, vaguely quoted $LINK was "crucial". Crucial for bankrolling your vaporware factory, sure.
To add insult to injury, chief of marketing, @rorypiant was absent, hasn't tweeted in 20 days. Things aren't well at CLL.

Let me recap what you turd burglars heard at LINK:NYC today.
It’s fucking over. Your tokens are worthless. You’re never seeing $50 again. You haven’t seen it since 2021, and that surely isn’t coming back in the future. Those tokens look like Sergey, devoid of soul and energy.
You marines lost. $LINK is a shitcoin the company can’t stop dumping. Now, staking is proven to never be updated. You better start unstaking before that goes whoopsie. You’re never getting BUILD rewards. GMX fee payouts. The Reserve is the new “focal point”, and that will be dumped in time as well.
5 years ago this time, $LINK was much higher than it is now. That’s a long time to admit your bags aren’t ever going up again.
I’ve heard pay up. I’ve heard pool’s closed. I’ve heard going live. I’ve heard most valuable crypto. I’ve heard Payment Abstraction. You know what I’ve never heard? $LINK is mooning. $LINK is shutting up the bears. $LINK is in demand by institutions. $LINK is needed. $LINK is creating wealth.
And it never will.
BULLISH!!!
@SergeyNazarov reluctantly kind of acknowledged the existence of the $LINK token for the first time in 8 years.
Keep holding!

"Token needed!"
For what?
"To go to $link's Lab's reserve!"
Watching Sergey continuously shit in his holders mouths and watching them continuously call it delicious will never not be funny to me.

After 6 years, everything has gone up, yet $LINK has only gone down. Thousands of integrations have brought absolutely no benefit to holders. Chainlink Labs always dump as soon as there’s exit liquidity. They keep dangling the carrot in front of retail investors as if something big is about to happen.

@Chainlink cult members will often say the current price action is bc the fairytale switch from going "in production" hasn't been flipped.
But they've been in production for years.
They can't seem to keep the lies straight...

Holy cow, $LINK must be $240 by now, huge news for the token. Right marines?
The DTCC Tokenization Service is now live, and this is only the beginning.

Absolutely correct. Chainlink has always had a bunch of fanatics who know exactly how to stoke the greed of retail investors
Replying to @atanaka123_1
Because the shilling is built on permanent delay and a token that never captures value.
Everything is always “just around the corner.” DTCC is live SOON. SWIFT is live SOON. The switch gets flipped any moment now. For years. Covert paid advocates keep claiming you’re two weeks or two months from a violent repricing, then move the goalposts the second the deadline passes. Any pushback gets met with the same pseudo-intellectual aggressive ranting that talks endlessly about the tech while refusing to address the actual token beyond “we have the reserve.”
The reserve grows. The tokens are not locked. They can be dumped at any time. No one can explain a clear mechanism by which actual usage of the network meaningfully accrues value to the token itself rather than just to the company and the reserve. The token is supposedly needed to pay for services, yet the price action remains pure speculation. When the bull case rests on “adoption is coming and the reserve is big,” while the float stays liquid and the value capture stays opaque, all you have is a narrative vehicle with no fundamentals.
People who want to make money bought HYPE because it has elite tokenomics and actual usage that shows up in the numbers quickly. They mock LINK because, right now, it is still mostly a speculative shitcoin trading on the same “soon” story it has been trading on for years. The tech can be real. The token can still be a bad investment. Those are not the same thing.

What happens to $LINK if the Democrats take the House and subpoena @worldlibertyfi?
Imagine the findings on the @chainlinklabs deals with @SergeyNazarov & @ChrisBarrett just to buy Trump access and dump tokens on retail.
Here is @SergeyNazarov with @WatcherChase & @zakfolkman of @worldlibertyfi, running a money laundering scheme/crypto scam for Trump & Witkoff.
This is how @chainlink got WH access for their failed Clarity lobbying campaign. @ChrisBarrett, who ran it, should be immediately fired.

Confirmation from Schwabs head of crypto research that Link's only thesis is the reserve.
In other words, you have to pray that the foundation (who wrecked you for years) decides to toss some cash in from their offchain business that you have no legal right to.
Should end well
toonlink retweeted
So Schwab:
1) agrees that the $LINK token has been abandoned/pivoted from its original intent
2) the reserve is discretionary- has no way to verify it - and is the one thing to watch for that makes it investment worthy
Yet when questioned, blind marine try to call it FUD 🤦♂️

“I’ve been covering crypto professionally” LMAO
This is yet another reason $LINK will never win. Notice nobody wealthy ever says they believe in Chainlink? Just literal who’s everywhere. Andrew Tate got buck broken holding the token. Eric Schmidt ran away as fast as he could. So did his boy Kemal. Mike Derezin left under a year. Ben Chan ran, Dahlia is gone. Steve Ellis never surfaces, a literal cofounder of Chainlink.
But these “crypto professionals” will pop up a dime a dozen to tell you your eyes are deceiving you
toonlink retweeted
You are so full of shit, respectfully. The token is WORTHLESS. It’s $11 after being in business a decade. They walked back every promise to stakers, they never paid GMX fees, they never added price feeds or additional services to their staking mechanism. The token just keeps getting dumped quarterly for Sergey’s fat pockets. This has been going on for a decade. You have no idea what you’re talking about.
Institutions have said out loud they prefer fiat payments. Nothing gets sent to token holders. CCIP has been live for years and the fees keep getting smaller and smaller. The token is down 80% from all-time high, while the rest of crypto exploded. All these integrations have added zero to the token’s value.
Stop lying. The truth is “onchain”, so you’re not fooling anyone carrying water for these demons
Vibe researching certainly would make my job easier, yet I still do it the old fashioned way. I’ve been covering crypto professionally since 2020. I have a fundamental framework I use to value cryptocurrencies, which was applied here. It centers on the competitive angles, risks, and tokenomics. Had calls with the team at Chainlink to address areas where i found gaps in process.
I also think we fairly addressed the issue you bring up:
LINK holders do not receive direct cash flows, so revenue growth may not translate directly into LINK appreciation.
This is a common risk of many cryptocurrencies.
Our base case was demand for chainlink grows in-line with the broader crypto market. 2020/2021 will always be an overhang in the short term for many cryptocurrencies because the price rises were based on no fundamentals whatsoever. With institutions starting to use blockchains, fundamentals matter more going forward.
