I’m at @LymeRegisMuseum ready for their annual Halloween event. The sky is blood red, I’m all masked up, bring it on!😮💀💀💀
'One Plate Devil' . . . This just about sums up my work, one paper plate, no leftovers, no mess, what I call 'pure making'. 😮 Done in one take. 😎

There’s just enough time today to sneak in a special ‘Halloween’ episode of “What’s on my desk?” 😮💀
#Bunting 😆

I've finished off my mask today ready for the Halloween workshop on Thursday. Is it too scary? 😬😮 We're making 'Vampire Bats' but I thought I'd get into the spirit of things.

I spent last night adding these tiny little railings to my window. 😮

Here's a new Halloween project for you . . . Paper Plate Skulls . . . one plate, four skulls!
I'll put this up on the website in the next couple of days with some clearer photos of the process. 😁💀💀💀

As it was so stormy here today, I thought I'd finish off the Halloween mask I started making as an example last Monday. I might wear it for a workshop next week. 😆

Another busy two days, another whole school project. The kids from Reception to Year 6 at Thornford Primary in Dorset have worked together to create this beautiful display piece based on their school badge ('thorn' 'ford') 🙂

It's been a busy week already, is it only Tuesday! 😮
The year 5/6 class at Othery Primary created these little individual astronauts. Lots of lovely inventive, imaginative ideas.
So, two days done, every kid involved, Reception to Year 6. Off to the next school tomorrow. 😁
I've been back to Othery Primary today, this time to work with the KS1 kids. We've decorated this huge mask for the Bridgwater Carnival. The pre-formed base came supplied, but as the theme is 'energy' we created this 'sun'. It's big, that's two school tables underneath. 😮
I've been up to Othery Primary School today, where the Year 3/4 class have been making their own Halloween masks. Every single one of these began as a single paper plate. 😮 Amazing what you can do with a bit of imagination isn't it.

Here's another little Halloween craft from the archives, last year I shared these 'Paper Plate Ghosts' 😮
"Who you gonna call?" 👻

I've been working on a couple of new Halloween ideas, but before I share those, I'm reposting some old favourites, including these 'Cardboard Tube Lanterns'.
Start saving your tubes, you might need them! 😮😁

Thanks @Amazon for today's delivery.
After a very busy week, this was just what I needed. 😴😴😴

I've been up to a favourite haunt of mine today, Preston Primary School in Yeovil. The Year 1 kids had invited some of their parents in to join them in some making, and we made these little 'British Mammals'
How good are these! 😆 Year one! 😮

I had a great time today with a little group of 'art experts' at Carbeile Junior School in Cornwall. About 16 kids from Year 3 - 6 worked as a team to create this beautiful Cheetah sculpture!
(It's pretty big too, that's three school tables underneath) 😮
