🇨🇭Dauri72 🔜 Swiss Nationals

Grateful for the short visit of Lukas and Davide in my favourite restaurant on their way back from Milan. Your time means a lot to me.

I was delighted to receive a lovely little gift from 🇨🇭 Sports Aid. I’m thankful for this kind gesture! 🥹🙏Tomorrow “Super Zehnkampf” with Lukas and Sarah ⛸️

Honesty, trust, and loyalty aren't options for me, they are prerequisites. Values I’ve lived by since my youth. The fact that these are often seen as "too much" or "outdated" today says more about the times we live in than about the values themselves.

As a child, I used to watch the Sporthilfe Super Zehnkampf on 📺with family. Lukas has been invited to take part, which is a great honour. It’s wonderful that he gets to live out this dream. I hope he has lots of fun and experiences some unforgettable moments. It’s a significant event for 🇨🇭Sporthilfe!

It’s always so nice to see athletes supporting each other, especially on difficult days. ❤️ I only wish the fans could show the same respect and kindness. I’ve read far too many hurtful comments this week. We should all remember that behind every athlete is a human being. 🤍

I’ve got a really hectic week ahead of me… it feels like 50 hours of overtime and appointments that are already making me anxious. 🥺 To be honest, it all feels a bit too much right now. I could do with some positive vibes at the moment. Thanks! 🙏

I’m lighting a candle for Lukas and Elisabeth before their competition. 🕯️🤍I’m gathering strength, confidence and the right words to support them as best I can and give them the encouragement they deserve.

I’m feeling a bit proud of myself today. 🤍 I stood up for myself and said no. That isn’t always easy for me, because I often want to please everyone. But I’m learning that being nice doesn’t mean putting up with everything. Saying no can also mean looking after yourself properly. And I’m allowed to do that.

Wishing all my skating friends lots of fun in Angers, inspiring programmes and great performances! I miss you all and will be thinking of you. ❤️⛸️

🇭🇺I’d just unpacked my 🇨🇭flag – when someone next to me exclaimed enthusiastically: “Svajz!” 😍 The little lad (7) has been a fan ever since Lukas won his 🥈medal in 2024. I didn’t quite understand his question about the autograph, but the answer hit the spot: “That’s Lukas’s autograph!” 😅 With his club jacket, lots of fun and a meet-and-greet with Lukas, complete with a photo during the break, his Budapest Trophy day was perfect. ❤️Some fans are small. But their enthusiasm is huge!

My bigest hug to Sophie Joline, sometimes I hate this sport! 😭😭😭🤗🤗🤗

🥉 Heartfelt congratulations to Lukas on his bronze medal in Budapest! I’m delighted that he’s got the season off to a flying start with 240 points. I’m glad I was able to cheer him on from the stands.

One of those little moments that makes being a ⛸️ fan so special. Had breakfast next to Alexandra Feigin and family today. I didn’t want to interrupt their time together, but as we got up, I wished her good luck and told her how much I’m looking forward to her Schindler’s List program.

One of the most rewarding things is believing in an athlete through the tough times and watching them rise. 🥹🥹🥹Kornel was incredible: a second PB in three weeks with 225 points. Step by step, Kornel. ❤️
