Yes sending 5-10 per day is low but it's working the best for us right now in getting great deliverability.

If you're in North American, use North American IPs IMO

To calculate the number of variations in your spintax, just multiply the number of variations in each set. E.g. {Hi|Hello}{,| -|!) {Hope you're well|Nice to connect|Hope all is good} 2x3x3=18 variations It's exponential so it multiplies quick as you add more!

After a couple thousand sales calls, here is one of many key take aways. Selling is the transfer of confidence from one person to another.

Let's say I want to show someone something without telling them... I'd say, if you continue with {{inaction}}, then what? | let's just say you go in that other direction to save a couple bucks and it doesn't work, then what? | if it doesn't work, what will that do to the brand/reflect on you/etc etc Point is, show them the implication of their actions (or inactions) by asking them

Easy strategy to get more out of your sales reps is by giving them better data. --> Keep your CRM clean and current PS - we can do this for you

The best strategies start with first principles. What does the person we are marketing to ACTUALLY want.

Here's our strategy for building look alike audiences. Very straight forward, very powerful results 1. Use Pandamatch - enter in the domain you want the new audience to look like. And use the key works/exact match feature to improve result quality

So this is what's happening. We've built a look alike audience but we need to verify that it is in fact similar to the original source company. Therefore, we use a company description of the source company with key elements we want to match and then use an AI Actor (Claygent) to go an scrape each website and verify it it matches the source description. Results can be "true/false" or rating from 1-10.

If you decide to score/rate the result, give examples of what some ratings look like. 0 = dalkfjljadf;lk, 3 = dfdslkjflkjd 5 = dlkfjadlkjf 7 = dlkfjadlkjf 10 = Dlfkdlfkajlk Hope that makes sense! DM me if you want the prompts for any of the above

SOPs are great for training, letting teammates know what the benchmarks are, and providing a resource if they are lost. HOWEVER, teammates should be able to think for themselves and if they can't, I'd remove them from the org.

one of the easiest ways to get better results is to simply nurture leads between the time frame of them booking the meeting and the actual meeting date

In GENERAL, people too often try to turn their primary service into a grand slam offer and it just sounds ridiculous and doesn't work. There's multiple offers, eg. there's an intro offer, primary offer, exit offer, etc...

IMO, the key is to make the intro offer the grand slam offer. High value, low risk, clear outcome, specified time frame. Once you show proof of concept, you upsell into the primary offer. The intention here is to build trust and credibility in a low risk environment.

Less is more with email. Ainm for under 90, under 60 is better, above 90 has it's time in place.

I think it's important to remember that most things are not "hard" rules, and rather generally adopated standareds. Better to stay within or without?
