Interesting observational study examining impact of early respiratory support in Covid-19 patients. Not randomized, but was propensity matched and larger than many similar studies. Worse outcomes with NIPPV versus high flow, or early IMV (PSILI?). ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article…
