I own a 2400sq. ft. home in the same Northern Virginia D.C. DMV area as everyone complaining about Datacenters causing high electricity bills.
I have between 15-30 devices plugged in at all times. No gas. Including an always on 50% utilization LLM server.
I've had my AC/Heatpump set to auto 70-78 for the last 3 months and I've heard it run maybe 10 times briefly. I haven't used the fireplace since March

5 years ago I got out of jail a convicted felon.
Having already lost my job as a Sr. Network Engineer 6, right after my arrest. I had no choice but to work for myself...for him.
If you know what the last 5 years looked like and have been there with me you know the trials and tribulations it took to still have my home and what I've spent my life building.
I knew I would succeed. It's what I do.
Survive. Whatever it takes.
