Graham Platner isn’t just our best and only chance to beat Susan Collins, he’s a good, decent man who’s struggled and grown and is always trying to do better. I hope everyone with reservations takes a little time to get to know the real life version of him, not what the algorithm throws in our faces. Clearly, that’s what so many people in Maine have done - from all different walks of life and political persuasions.

Lose the division at home on week 18. 2022: 8-3. Lose 5 straight and squeak into the playoffs with a backup quarterback and lose in wildcard. 2021: 1-7 to 8-7. Blown out by Titans. 2020: Week 17, win and youre in, blown out by the Bills backups 2018: 7-6 post Miami miracle, blown out by Vikings Jaguars and Bills to finish 7-9. Didn’t top 200 total yards of offense in any of those 3 games 2014: 8-7 going into week 17. Blown out by Jets at home. 2013: 8-6. Win 1 of 2 and youre in. Get shut out by the bills and give up a perfect passer rating to Geno Smith. 8-8 finish. 2010: 7-6 going into week 15. Lose to Bills Lions and Patriots to finish 7-9
