When you become the “who”, the one who changes situations, you get massive opportunities for improvement and advancement. Do you see a man diligent in his work? He will stand before kings (Proverbs 22:29, NLT).
#PastorSam #SolvingProblems
What if you were the “who”? Leadership is influence, and problem-solving helps you build it. The crowds followed Jesus because He was solving problems (Matthew 4:22-25, NLT).

How to become a problem solver:
Start with identity. Who do you call yourself?
Drop the fear of man-made systems and of people.
Call yourself what God has called you.
Break free from low self-esteem (Acts 4:13).
Shift your identity first. Solutions follow.

Stop running from people with problems. Some of them are carrying your breakthrough.

People don’t follow titles. They follow solutions.
The crowds followed Jesus because He solved problems. Be the “who” your world is waiting for. Matthew 4:23-25 (NLT)

Stop chasing the how. Find the who.
The right person usually carries the how with them.
Be that person, and watch the opportunities show up. Prov 22:29

Problem-solvers get sent for.
Being sent for leads to promotion.
Promotion multiplies influence.
Every great vision needs a “who.” Be the who.
