Furthermore, the actions of the delinquent accounts simply do not care about recollaterization. They are using Seahorse as a DEX to bypass the native 80% fee. They are blatantly ignoring their own collateral and extracting other liquidity.

The whole dilemma of the short-term collateral factor increase at @SeahorseFi has only arisen because the native DUSD prices are extremely manipulated, making it more appealing for many to simply abandon the DUSD/dToken collateral instead of paying an "fee" of 80%.
We see here how market manipulations on the native DEX can affect established program forks on the Defi Metachain.
Could the Seahorse team have addressed this issue beforehand? Yes, of course, but when dealing with a new blockchain and wanting to offer innovative products, one looks at that chain and does not necessarily consider another layer, as it is usually not relevant.
However, such profound market manipulations like the DEX fees can also affect other layers.
The market manipulations must stop if we want to make the DMC attractive for developers from outside. Therefore, I support the current DFIP "Free Market - Remove Discount and Stabilisation Fee"

1st DFX x Frankencoin Community Meeting in German language
An unstoppable kickstart of the @frankencoinzchf project in recent weeks.
The TVL of the Frankencoin (ZCHF) is already at more than 17 million and has more than doubled in April alone, while the ZCHF remains constant at 1 CHF - without dependencies on oracles and completely decentralized. A new unique payment standard is being developed with the ZCHF as the basis, the first version of the Frankencoin app is available in the Google Play and Apple App Store, and you can buy and sell ZCHF without fees via DFX Services.
But all this is just the beginning, there is a lot on the roadmap. Time to talk to you, soak up your feedback and keep the pedal to the metal.
