Imagine you’re waiting on one of these beauties to hit your driveway somewhere in Louisiana, so you and your family can hit the highway to enjoy a family vacation BUUUUT….. a freight broker ruins it.
Because the freight broker, JCT Automotive LLC booked the load with a carrier who had 2 OOS violations for operating a CMV without a CDL on 1.28.25 and 5.15.25.
I guess that carrier felt guilty for not having a CDL so they double brokered to another broker, Curv Logistics Group Inc. with operations in Pristina, Kosovo. This broker had their ocean license terminated. 🤨
But that wasn’t enough. They then double brokered it to another carrier, Valdez Transportation who has a history of improper automobile securement violations.
So unsecure, it ended up in the Bronx and never to be found again. 💀
One of the reasons I’m invested into what’s happening in Maineville, OH is because I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with the Uzbeks at a brokerage.
They haul million dollar freight for tech companies.
One of them “based” out of Dayton, OH tried to recruit me to convince brokers to work with them after they stole freight.
The brokerage I worked for banned them temporarily but ended up working with them again based on former coworkers I stay in contact with and additional sources
There should be more RICOs due to the brokerage industry turning a blind eye while the Uzbeks and many unlawful foreign operations enrich themselves.
The new Texas governor voted against penalizing cities that defund the police.
This should be considered treason.
You don’t bring knives to gun fights.
There is no voting the Uzbeks, Serbians, etc. out of the trucking industry.
There is no amount of federal funding that will do it.
It will be the using the same tactics they use to exploit the industry.

The only people who are surprised by what's happening in Texas are people who don't live in Texas.
We don't see Americans. Or hear English. Texans are nowhere to be found. Whole areas are ethnic enclaves. Democrats are everywhere. Shit loads of huge companies have come here and moved their entire third world/leftist workforces with them.

Highway’s new favorite carrier friend CB Freight Inc. formally known as Codru Brothers Inc. applied for 15 PERM labor certifications for truck drivers between March 26 and April 7, 2025.
I mean that’s not illegal except 20 CFR 656.3 explicitly states that PERM certifications exclude independent contractor positions.
Problem is, that’s their business model. Which now makes it illegal.
And there’s one more problem. Even if they’re legit they need to speak English!
But on June 6 of this year one of your “PERM” truck drivers failed the English language proficiency test while having an unauthorized person in a CMV. (Clearly it wasn’t his or her English teacher)

I sat on this one and many more like this for months. Highway collects ELD data to prevent fraud or to put on a show for their investors?
Motive ELD connected one day, and their Uzbek white labeled ELD connects the next day. I can poke holes on this platform all day long….the chameleon carriers and cargo theft rings are already approved and continuing on about their day.

They’ve made the list of the top ranked Uzbek chameleon carriers. 🏆
Over the last 24 months, 334 VINs matched to other DOTs. 78 other carriers had at least one tractor match.
But they couldn’t stop spreading the love.
Gurman Trucking Inc. was dedicated to charity for another Uzbek chameleon carrier records revealed in a federal bankruptcy case. They deposited 100k into DM World Transportation LLC bank back in 2021.
Did that charity help Abduvosit Razikov recover from bankruptcy and all his legal woes?
Nope because Abduvosit was charged by the DOJ for immigration and passport fraud in 2024 and the federal government filed a civil denaturalization complaint against him on May 7, 2026.
