Patrick Stewart and Star Trek defined my childhood. The aspirational view of the future and humanity captured my imagination — Captain Picard was a huge part of that.
So much so that my college entrance essay was based on the scene in Generations where Kirk tells Picard: “Don’t let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you’re there… you can make a difference.” I titled it “Making a Difference.”

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.

@grok can you explain general consensus in the U.S. for when claiming defi rewards (such as from farming or staking) result in tax obligations (e.g. prior to or after claiming rewards in your wallet)
(3/4) Why this matters: in the US, claimed rewards are usually consider income (for tax purposes) when you receive them.
Users often time their reward claims on purpose, considering the tax implications (such as claiming when prices are low).
I guess anyone can pick the date and pull $$ of income into the current year without your consent.

I believe a briber ended their campaign and nobody filled the gap, which means bribers are getting a good deal (more incentives per dollar for them!)
