It's long past time for editorial boards across the U.S. to call for Trump to: (1) resign; (2) be removed via the 25th Am; and (3) to be impeached. They don't have to choose which way he should be removed, but they must explicitly argue that he cannot be allowed to remain POTUS.

Trump doesn't have the power to fire court-appointed U.S. attorneys, a federal judge ruled. Judge ordered that Roger Rogoff, whom Trump purportedly fired, has been U.S. attorney since July. Also barred Trump/DOJ from interfering w/Rogoff's authority.

I oppose the death penalty on multiple grounds. Always have. It is barbaric and does not accomplish anything. And this here is torture, plain and simple. We need to get out of the death business.

This is Cereese Qusba, the hero investigative journalist for the Cornell Daily Sun who doggedly pursued the story about the Cornell 7 for two years, blowing the lid off what had happened when her article was finally published on the 19th..
With so many dark posts about such a horrific incident, Ms. Qusba’s work shows the importance of journalism in accountability. She is the best of Cornell.
