One of the true freshmen that has caught my eye, Waseca's Deron Russell.
Was a two-sport star in high school, turned down Northwestern to sign with #NDSU.
Keep an eye on him at cornerback to play and play soon.
Third week of fall camp is underway for #NDSU.
Just a smattering of injuries so far; nothing serious according to head coach Tim Polasek.
Mentioned some freshmen have impressed and have entered conversation on playing.
Saints and Packers scouts are here today.
