The court upheld the cancellation of US citizen John Daniel’s OCI registration over missionary activities conducted in India without the required prior permission.
The court held that preaching and spreading religious messages can qualify as missionary activities even without proof of religious conversion.
OCI IS NOT INDIAN CITIZENSHIP. FOREIGN NATIONALS MUST ABIDE BY INDIA’S LAWS AND PERMISSION REQUIREMENTS.
