Big Tech's AI ambitions are becoming so capital-intensive that even the world's strongest balance sheets are turning to debt markets. The key question isn't just how much Microsoft can borrow.
It's whether the AI infrastructure being built today will generate enough cash flow tomorrow to justify the spending.
That's the real financial test of the AI boom.

No. The framework already allows newly listed stocks to qualify from Day 1.
But how frequently this happens across IPOs isn't established by published aggregate data. And remember, Group I eligibility doesn't guarantee MTF availability at every broker.
