More than 300 Oklahoma City students are heading into the colder months with a new winter coat! 🧥 Alongside Spencer Elementary and @OKCPS Foundation, we hosted our annual Coat-a-Kid initiative, marking five years of helping second through fourth grade students stay warm. Beyond keeping kids warm, the coats are a reminder that their community is behind them. We’re grateful for the opportunity to make a difference!

Our Rolling Baristas are back for year four! ☕️ Twice a week, students from @MidLEErebels and @MidlandHigh_MHS roll through our headquarters' halls delivering coffee and breakfast from The Fuel Bar and Shipley Do-Nuts. Through our partnership with @Midland_ISD Special Services, they’re gaining real-world experience in conversation, teamwork, and confidence while brightening our employees’ days. Welcome, Baristas. Diamondback's DNA I&E Mentorship at @Midland_College connects students with real-world industry experience, building a pipeline of career-ready technicians right here in Midland. Investing in local talent strengthens our workforce and the future of our industry.

This week, we celebrated a piece of West Texas history! Diamondback donated a 1956 Lufkin C640DB-144-30 pumping unit to @PetroleumMuseum. This 70-year-old piece of equipment is the first of only 39 units ever produced and now stands as a permanent fixture welcoming museum visitors, a reminder of the people and innovation that shaped the Permian Basin.

Diamondback employees teed it up at Gaillardia Country Club in Oklahoma City!⛳ Our company golf tournament gave employees a chance to connect and celebrate the teamwork that drives our success every day. We're grateful for opportunities like these to strengthen relationships and enjoy a little friendly competition along the way. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Diamondback’s DNA Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Mentorship Meet and Greet brought @Midland_College students and mentors together to build connections, share experiences, and begin relationships that shape future careers. Through our partnership with Midland College, Diamondback employees are helping bridge the gap between education and industry by bringing real-world knowledge directly into the classroom. Throughout the year, mentors will support hands-on learning, reinforce course material, and share career insights with students preparing for careers in the oil and gas industry. Mentorship matters, and Diamondback is excited to help develop the next generation of industry professionals.
