Timely diagnosis saves lives. Take a second look 👀 at your #breasts. If you notice changes to your breasts, such as a lump, pitting of the skin or pain, go and see a health practitioner for a check-up.
Most breast lumps are not cancerous. Those that are, can be more effectively treated if identified early.
✅ Check your breasts
✅ Get screened regularly
✅ See your doctor
✅ Get your annual mammogram done

The 2026 UCE candidates constitute the third cohort of learners to be assessed under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) at the lower secondary level.
The 2026 UACE candidates were among the pioneer cohorts to undertake the CBC at the lower secondary level. They will, therefore, be assessed under a curriculum that has been aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum and its corresponding assessment modalities.

Father Lord, as we begin this week, guide our steps and direct our decisions. Give us wisdom when we are uncertain, courage when we are afraid, and patience to trust Your timing.
Go before us in our work, our plans and our relationships. Order our steps, protect us and help us walk in Your purpose.
May Your peace lead us and Your grace sustain us throughout this week.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear Lord, as we begin this Sunday, remember everyone who has been praying and waiting for a particular favour for a long time. May today be the day You answer their prayers, open doors and turn their waiting into a testimony. Let miracles happen where hope seemed lost. May this Sunday bring blessings, breakthroughs and reasons to smile. Amen.

Heavenly Father, as we begin this Friday and prepare for the weekend, we place all our needs before You. For those seeking money for good and honest purposes, make a way where there seems to be no way. Bless the work of their hands, meet their needs and answer their silent prayers.
