They tried to destroy his name in the public eye unaware of the man the system had already turned him into.

INTRODUCING: THE PROTECT MEN ACT 🇺🇸
For too long, the law has failed to adequately protect innocent men, husbands, and fathers from the devastating consequences of knowingly fabricated allegations of rape and sexual assault.
One false accusation can destroy a man’s reputation, career, marriage, financial security, and relationship with his children.
The Protect Men Act would establish:
• Class A Felony: 20 years to life in federal prison for knowingly and intentionally fabricating allegations of rape or sexual assault.
• Civil Accountability: Full restitution, compensatory and punitive damages, and asset forfeiture where legally authorized.
• Statutes of Limitations: Enforceable deadlines for bringing criminal charges, with no prosecution permitted after the applicable limitations period expires.
• Due Process: Full protection of the presumption of innocence, the right to confront adverse witnesses, and the requirement that guilt be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Good-faith complaints remain protected. Knowingly false accusations do not.
A man’s name is his reputation. His labor provides for his family. His liberty belongs to him. None should be taken without due process of law.
Protect fathers. Protect husbands. Protect families. Protect innocent men.

The UK Parliament’s “sub judice” rule is a resolution the House of Commons adopted in 2001 (not legislation) that bars MPs from referring to active court cases — criminal, civil, inquests or tribunals — in questions, motions or debates in the Chamber, Westminster Hall or committees. Its purpose is to keep a clean separation between Parliament and the courts, so MPs don’t prejudice a trial or turn the House into a forum for deciding cases.

I wonder how many young men voted for the republicans in the midterms?
There isn’t a man alive who supports a US government which locks men up, then denies them bail, per a 15-year-old MeToo allegation out of England.

On 17 July 2026, Tristan and I were in Washington, D.C. having spent the preceding days meeting with more than 100 people within and connected to the U.S. political system. Our conversations focused on mobilizing young people ahead of the midterm elections and the influence of independent cultural figures over a generation traditional politicians have failed to reach.
That same day, whilst Labour announced Andy Burnham as its new leader, I flew to Miami to host a boxing event with Jon Jones. The next day, Tristan and I were arrested under provisional extradition warrants, before any substantive evidence had been presented to the US court.
I have now spent 109 days in solitary confinement.
I publicly supported Donald Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024, playing what many people consider a meaningful role in the cultural shift behind his return to the White House. Even Kamala Harris has discussed my electoral influence in her autobiography. People like Charlie Kirk and I challenged political orthodoxy and reached young men whom the establishment had abandoned.
I was doing the same in Britain, challenging Labour over grooming gangs, mass immigration and freedom of speech, while supporting the movements around Reform UK and Restore.
Now consider the extraordinary coincidence: two brothers, different complainants, different allegations, different dates and separate investigations, yet extradition warrants issued simultaneously and both arrested together.
The political interference was obvious with MPs openly calling for action against us for our online speech. The coordination and timing are blatantly a politically motivated attempt to silence me ahead of the US midterms and during a critical period in British politics.
Tommy Robinson faces criminal proceedings. Nigel Farage and Reform UK face investigations and scrutiny. Meanwhile, I remain in solitary confinement. This is a perfect example of the treatment of political dissent under the Labour Party.
This is bigger than me. What happens when somebody challenges powerful institutions and accepts the risks of speaking freely, only to find that those who benefited from their courage are unwilling to defend their basic rights?
Last night's election results should prompt serious reflection about what happens when political parties lose the trust of their own supporters.
Every young person considering speaking publicly is watching. If controversy means abandonment, why should they believe that institutions promising freedom will defend their rights when it matters? I receive thousands of messages asking precisely that question.
I have spent 109 days fighting for my liberty due to political interference by a Labour government whose actions I have repeatedly challenged.
You cannot claim to defend freedom while treating the freedom of controversial people as expendable.

🇺🇸 Andrew Tate is the reason Republicans just got wiped out‼️
They locked up the exact voice that moved the young men who won 2024.
Kamala named him and Myron Gaines in her book. She admitted those voices shifted male voters under 30 and cost her the election.
That energy flipped the country. Now the same side is holding the Tates in Miami while Republicans lost the House and Senate in a blue wave.
You cannot expect the young male vote while silencing the voices that earned it.
Free the Tates or 2028 looks exactly like last night.
Young men already voted once because of Tate. They won’t do it again for a party that locked him up‼️

Me being in prison serves absolutely nobody.
The USA could easily let me go through my extradition hearing from house arrest.
It is insane a foreign country can make demands to the USA “We heard he harmed somebody 16 years ago lock him up!”.
“Also, we won’t tell you who said it”.
IF they need a hostage they should keep me and let my brother go so he can spend Thanksgiving and his birthday with his children.
This is a REAL request @TheJusticeDept. Free Andrew and keep me in prison.
I am tired of watching psychopaths do this to him.

The GOP just suffered a historic wipeout.
Democrats flipped the House and Senate, won in Texas, Kansas, South Carolina, Iowa, and other long-held Republican territory, and delivered a clear rejection of the current course.
If the party wants any chance in 2028, the 10 following changes are REQUIRED immediately:
1. Foreign wars are over. All of them. No troops, no airstrikes, no bases, no nation-building, no regime change, ANYWHERE. The Iran war cost American lives and treasure for zero return. War is done.
2. The Israel lobby registers under FARA. Every dollar, every contact, every directive disclosed like any other foreign agent. No more pretending foreign-mission groups are domestic.
3. End the automatic military aid package to Israel. Future support is contingent on them solving the Palestine question. It's either a 1 state or 2 state solution and Israel has 6-12 months to begin the process or we walk away for GOOD and we let the region "fix" their own problems. No more wars with the Muslim world over a a rouge country the size of New Jersey. If we stop destroying their countries, they won't have to come here as refugees anymore.
4. Lift sanctions on Iran in exchange for verifiable enrichment limits, full IAEA access, and a non-nuclear commitment. Negotiate a successor to the JCPOA with caps, stockpile limits, and snapback. Make peace or walk away and let the region manage itself.
5. Close the southern border. Restore and expand interior enforcement. ICE prioritizes criminal aliens and recent illegal entrants in sanctuary cities. A full 12-to-36-month immigration moratorium while Congress rewrites the INA for skills, assimilation, and real numerical limits.
6. Restructure health care to preserve capitalism and innovation while protecting vulnerable US CITIZENS from preventable death. Private markets cover ordinary care. The federal government is the payer of last resort for catastrophic, life-threatening costs when every other option is exhausted. No American dies because they couldn’t afford treatment. This is the single largest opportunity to win center, independent, and moderate Democratic voters.
7. Abortion stays a state issue. No federal ban. Preserve the female vote.
8. NO MORE ostracizing young white men or men in general. We incentivize masculinity, leadership. No more feminization, no more shaming men out of politics, boardrooms, and public life. Men built this country and they are not the enemy.
9. Stop advertising minorities and immigrants as the face of America.
10. Embrace the natural makeup of this country. The melting pot experiment failed, it produced division, not unity. A nation that forgets who it is stops being worth defending.
Neoconservatism is dead.
The midterms proved the formula of foreign wars, open borders, high costs, and a party that hates its own men is destined to lose.
Make these changes before 2028 or lose again.

If Trump didn’t let the Tates remain in solitary confinement for over 109 days, the dems wouldn’t be getting majority of the votes.
Republicans are losing young voters because young men don't appreciate the Tates being kept in jail.
Trump needs the Tates.‼️

All these Republican strategists saying they didn't see tonight coming are absolute morons.
You were warned. Locking up the Tate Brothers, the dogs of war whose digital army helped swing the last election, was political suicide.
Tonight, male voters across the country pulled their support over your cowardice.
2028 will be an absolute blowout without them.

🚨 BREAKING: TATE PROTEST FACES COORDINATED REPORTING CAMPAIGN ON X
If you’re wondering why we’ve been posting less frequently, here’s why.
We believe an individual or group of individuals, potentially based in the UK, is systematically mass-reporting our posts concerning Vivian and our ongoing investigation into the Tate case.
These reports allege violations of X’s safety policies, resulting in repeated account restrictions.
When we challenge these violations, we risk being locked out of our account, effectively pressuring us to delete our investigative posts just to regain access.
We believe this may be a deliberate attempt to suppress our reporting and silence questions surrounding the evidence.
Who wants this investigation silenced, and why?
We will continue documenting what is happening.
TATE PROTEST WILL NOT BE SILENCED.
